Rebecca the receptionist was so wonderful and pleasant each time we encountered her. The room was spacious and accomodating. The room was nice though we could have used better cleaning and exchange of towels.

Stayed 6 nights and expected cleaning after 3 days but they didn't clean or even just replace towels and take out trash. The breakfast could be improved to offer hot food and a toaster that actually worked.

Great location! We were there for AAU Nationals. All of our venues were 15-20 minutes from our hotel. There was a huge mall right across the parking lot...walking distance!

It would have been nice if they offered some options for breakfast. The only thing available was coffee and hot tea.

The location is great. This was my second stay at this location. The hotel lobby and rooms were extremely clean. Masks are required. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The thing I liked about staying at the property was that it was close to everything, including restaurants without being on the busy streets.

I didn’t like waking up to falling shingles hitting my window early in the morning due to roofing being replaced.

The African American woman manager on first shift was very apologetic and was exceptional. Made the stay a 10 in my book

The bed was sunk on the middle me and mate slept on opposite side of whole. Big crack in bathroom wall, patch work was horrible. Sofa was stained

We had family trying to call the front desk to book more rooms and the phone would ring ring ring.... I would go downstairs and sit in the lobby and call the front desk... and the girl that was there would just not answer because she was on her phone all dam night.

I liked the location. The staff was wonderful. The value was great.

During my stay; l constantly smelled cigarette smoke. I asked for a non smoking area. Have physical problems to prohibit being around smoke.
