The receptionist was very welcoming and informative upon arrival. She explained that the room would be serviced on the 2nd day. When I let her know that wasn't necessary, she said she would check in with me later just to see if we needed anything. She followed up with a nice text. Great customer service experience! / Also, breakfast was great! / Every employee we encountered during our stay gave us a friendly greeting.

A little softer toilet paper would be nice! :o)

Checking in was super easy and fast. The front desk guy was very helpful and informative. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

The location is in a very congested area. If not properly looking, you can miss their driveway as I did twice. There is some construction going, so hopefully, it get better as the construction comes to an end.

I love the friendly customer service. I love the cookies they offer during check-in.

Honestly, I don't like the entrance to get to the hotel. It stays so busy on that road. I wishbitnhad an alternate entrance/exit.

Some smart TVs in the rooms would be nice. Electric went out one night and messed up the cable for several hours. And one of the elevators always seems to not be working.

To much money taking out of my account and have to wait days before getting it back that shouldn’t be, when I pay they should get the total out up Front not going in my account throwing everything off. Other then that loved it.

Atmosphere was wonderful.

The parking was not good. Being able to get in and out of the facility was challenging at times because of traffic. Bathroom lights were dim.

Am vegetarian so the days with eggs with no meat in them and the days with biscuits were the ones I was able to eat.

For me it was ok. The location was fine

There could have been some kind of literature in the room of surrounding area and reference to dining for guests who is not familiar with the area.

The front desk staff was friendly. Very personable. Lobby area was clean. Room was clean. Beds we’re comfortable/ just a tad to hard for me but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast as expected at Hampton’s.
