I like the food, they have a good breakfast, and the beds are comfortable. Rooms are fairly cleaned and nice.

I don't like that it's a franchise own, so they have their own policies that at times are not aligned with the Holiday Inn Chain core policies or values. That can sometimes be good /bad. For example, how they process rates or other issues in regards to staying at their facilities if you have questions or concerns they are not quick to address or resolve them. You are sometimes passed off or looked over. If they can work on that and having better communication were their guest while staying there will be good.

I loved everything from the beginning to the end in spite of just one day&night. However, I was extremely impressed with the breakfast and the kitchen staff. I wish I could have left them all a super big tip. They are awesome!! I am a professional chef, so take my words to the bank. Also, the front desk check-in and check- out with Debby was a breath of fresh air. You guys super exceeded my expectations. As a matter of fact, a good number of the so-called high-end hotels in Atlanta don't come close to this hotel. From this point on, this hotel will be my number one choice.

The location was very clear and easy to get where l was going. I did enjoy my 2 nights

I didn't like the way they cooked eggs 😕, was expecting nice scrambled or fried eggs like Irish breakfast. Anyway, thus, how they make it. Was expecting a variety of choices like what they do in lreland. Was a bit disappointed 😞

The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had offered in a hotel. I liked that there were two different kinds of omelets and many other breakfast items. Nice choices.

We could not sleep well due to the location of our room to the ice machine. People getting ice at night tended to talk loudly and it disturbed our sleep.

Close to everything, super clean, the bed was comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was super friendly and it is well maintained.

The building needs more upgrades they have done some upgrades but needs a little more. I would definitely stay again such minor improvements.

There was toilet paper stuffed around the sprinkler in the bathroom, it almost looked like they were trying to fill a hole. Someone set off the fire alarm the last night we were there smoking in the bathroom. That was scary because there was no announcement to say if it was real or just a prank or whatever

I attend the Holiday Inn Express IGH because Sunday April 16, 2023. Was my Birthday so I had a Birthday Dinner with friends and family. I really enjoyed the hotel everything was great. I will be coming back soon.

I really enjoyed everything I was their for only one night I traveled from Alabama so I liked everything the breakfast was good as well. the rooms were cleared well. We had no issues at all.

Friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness of the entire property. The amenities, full size body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower. Hot breakfast and large variety of items. Microwaveable box items for a nominal fee. We arrived tired after a long drive. We were going out to dinner and it was raining. We purchased 2 Boston Market meals from the lobby mini mart & just settled in. In-room Microwave, fridge, coffee & tea. Also available in the dining room. The bed was very comfortable and so was the chase lounge.

Carpet in rooms. Location of the pool. It was very clean but literally located in the parking lot and no shade.

The facilities were very clean, and there was a wide spread for breakfast. The location is close to Stone Mtn Park. The staff were organized and made sure they saw my husband and his ID since they were running his card--even though the booking was under my name. The room was well stocked and family friendly.

I love the accessibility to tourist locations and the front desk staff was wonderful and pleasant, especially Lucas and Renzo. The cookies in the lobby were amazing as well!!

The pool was down during one afternoon but it was up and running by the evening. I was offered another option as well to make my stay more pleasant.
