Very clean room and the bed slept good. It was quiet, we slept well. The breakfast was very good, a big selection. It is close to Stone Mountain and other restaurants.

The only thing I could complain about is the back entrance door. My room was the last room on the first floor. We used this entrance going in and out. The door is supposed to be accessed by the room card, a safety feature. Unfortunately, it was broken and anyone could open the door and just walk in or out. The Jam was splintered and in my opinion, it looked like it might have been kicked in. I even saw a couple of screws on the floor. Besides this, I had no other complaints, I told one of the desk clerks about it when I left. Hopefully it will get fixed

This property is just minutes outside Stone Mountain Park, which was the objective of our visit. My sister & I attended the 57th annual Yellow Daisy Festival at the park. In past visits, we stayed at the inn inside the park, but the quality of the services at both properties inside the park have sharply declined. We selected this Holiday Inn Express for proximity and for the breakfast. We were very pleasantly impressed with all aspects of services and the facility, and we plan to return for future events at Stone Mountain. The room had such nice amenities (Keurig, refrigerator, mattresses, linens, shower, included toiletries, and the lovely breakfast), and it seemed to be a very safe location in a bit sketchy section of Atlanta. We ate at the nearby Metro Diner and were also so pleased and impressed with our meal and the staff.

I like the food, they have a good breakfast, and the beds are comfortable. Rooms are fairly cleaned and nice.

I don't like that it's a franchise own, so they have their own policies that at times are not aligned with the Holiday Inn Chain core policies or values. That can sometimes be good /bad. For example, how they process rates or other issues in regards to staying at their facilities if you have questions or concerns they are not quick to address or resolve them. You are sometimes passed off or looked over. If they can work on that and having better communication were their guest while staying there will be good.

I loved everything from the beginning to the end in spite of just one day&night. However, I was extremely impressed with the breakfast and the kitchen staff. I wish I could have left them all a super big tip. They are awesome!! I am a professional chef, so take my words to the bank. Also, the front desk check-in and check- out with Debby was a breath of fresh air. You guys super exceeded my expectations. As a matter of fact, a good number of the so-called high-end hotels in Atlanta don't come close to this hotel. From this point on, this hotel will be my number one choice.

This was a great trip and this hotel was perfect. The water was super HOT. The entire place was clean. The front desk staff was so polite and very helpful. The cookies were delicious and fresh. Breakfast was just right for us to start our day. We will be staying here again if we visit Stone Mountain. Its around everything you need.

The location was very clear and easy to get where l was going. I did enjoy my 2 nights

I didn't like the way they cooked eggs 😕, was expecting nice scrambled or fried eggs like Irish breakfast. Anyway, thus, how they make it. Was expecting a variety of choices like what they do in lreland. Was a bit disappointed 😞

The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had offered in a hotel. I liked that there were two different kinds of omelets and many other breakfast items. Nice choices.

We could not sleep well due to the location of our room to the ice machine. People getting ice at night tended to talk loudly and it disturbed our sleep.

Close to everything, super clean, the bed was comfortable and good breakfast. The staff was super friendly and it is well maintained.

The building needs more upgrades they have done some upgrades but needs a little more. I would definitely stay again such minor improvements.

Location was good, signage was obstructed from view until you were right at the entrance coming from the interstate.

There was toilet paper stuffed around the sprinkler in the bathroom, it almost looked like they were trying to fill a hole. Someone set off the fire alarm the last night we were there smoking in the bathroom. That was scary because there was no announcement to say if it was real or just a prank or whatever
