The breakfast lady. I can't believe I forgot her name but she was the nicest person I had met in a while! The potatoes were delicious!! We chatted about our work history with culinary and hospitality and it shows she has been in this field for a while! They are lucky to have her. It offset the attitude of the evening front desk lady that followed my daughter to her room asking for a lady she had never heard of then knocked on our door asking for who booked the room, my husband goes to the door to find out she had the wrong room and she didn't even apologize.

It was very quiet. The bed was firm, which I liked. The one floor towel i used was changed every day, and it was a very clean room. Check-in was smooth and quick, and again, it was very quiet. They also had a washer and dryer I used before checking out after staying a week. Great value and location. There's plenty of shops and places to eat to choose from.

Elevator was kinda slow but it wasn't a big deal.

The gym had limited equipment, and only 50 percent was functional. Although the sink and tub were clean, the baseboards in the bathroom had dust accumulated as if not dusted in months. Although the room was "broom clean," debris remained underneath the furniture, and the windows were filthy. The furniture in my room appeared to be cheap, low-quality dorm-room furniture (vs. hotel furniture). The furniture really needs to be upgraded to standard hotel furniture.

We booked this last minute in pinch after being at another place down the road for only 45 minutes and being absolutely disgusted. The staff here was absolutely amazing and made our weekend so much better than it was. They were amazing with our son and Sydney the manager was incredible! Also Ms. Carol who does breakfast was so nice and helpful each morning. 10/10 recommend!

As a frequent traveler, I was genuinely impressed with my stay. The service was exceptional from start to finish — attentive, professional, and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it really felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch comfort and service.

The whole weekend the 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. It was awful, I happened to be on the elevator with a front desk employee on my way back to my room after breakfast. The elevator door opened she and I smelled the marijuana immediately she said she would find out where it was coming from. I guess she never did because I smelled it all weekend. The hotel was nice but I’ll never stay there again. I also told another front desk employee when I checked out about the issue.

Mine was a jacuzzi suite and it was perfect. I love how they've upgraded TVs and condiments in showers. Staff was Amazing Marcus service was excellent. Made my check in easy and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of... Love the hospitality. Wish they had a little store more. Not much of selection in vending machine but overall excellant

Pool always down for cleaning on Monday mornings bummer...

The young lady in the front is extremely helpful, not only with us, but with everyone else as well. She helped with any issues and has great sense of humor too! :) She even advised what roads to take as it was out first time in GA which was very helpful in the end. Overall, I appreciate the amazing service.

The parking is not too great, very narrow and gets full fast, we had to park in front of another car. The young lady helped us with this issue! The rooms had a bit of a weird smell, like humid. This issue was made aware but was fixed very quickly.

Bright airy rooms. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was Amazing! The fresh baked cookies at the front desk. Hot tub was wonderful.

The luggage carts barely move, truly outdated and battered. Elevator was extremely slow. Pool water was extremely cold.

The breakfast was great, a variety of options. The location was close to stores and restaurants very convenient and close to I-20.

The pool was freezing cold, not able to enjoy at all. The pool is something we pay for as part of our stay and not being able to use it due to something as fixable as the temperature is upsetting.
