This hotel is really great, and we will stay here again in the future. We loved the daily breakfast; they were delicious, and the hotel itself was VERY clean (and pretty)! The staff (front desk, breakfast area, cleaning personnel, etc.), was very nice and friendly. They were always ready to assist you in whatever you needed/wanted. We had a great stay at this hotel and enjoyed it very much!!!

Well, there were three of us staying in the suite, so we had to keep calling room service for an extra towel or two, but overall, we were pleased with the service we received here!

Breakfast would’ve been ok if they had enough for guests very disappointed in that area. According to staff at check in breakfast is from 7-10 am by 8.30 Am there’s nothing and no refill hmmm. Location is amazing to my family home, shops, mall really great no complain there. I will definitely book Spring Hill again I like the place people are friendly and the location is a plus for me.

Wifi please work on improving the internet services. It’s very slow for people who are working remotely. Again Spring Hill it’s a very convenient place to stay.

I thought the hotel was very nice looking inside of course there was a lot of construction outside but that's not their fault. Our first room had a toilet issue so we had to move but it all worked out.

That we had to move to a different room after we were unpacked and everything cuz the toilet didn't work. The beds were semi comfortable but when you're used to sleeping in your own bed that can happen

We were here because a tornado came through our area and caused a tree to fall on our home. As a result, we had to leave because there was no power. I was very overwhelmed when I arrived at the hotel, but the staff, especially the GM, Ebony , was very helpful and made checking in a smooth experience. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I had in a long time and given everything I was going through to be able to get a good night's rest was amazing.

My grandson couldn't play his Xbox on the tv while we were here. We even brought a small TV from home but the game wouldn't connect. He was really disappointed being cooped up with nothing to do.

The staff is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel upgrades were beautiful. I would come back for a quick stay. I think with more improvements the hotel will be 10 stars. It is still under renovations. The outdoor area was beautiful.

The listing said it had an indoor heated pool. The hotel didn't have a pool. I was disappointed because that is why I booked the hotel. The water did not get hot. The water also had rust or dirt in it when I turned it on. The staff did offer to move my room immediately. However it was very late and I was understanding. The couch was dirty and could be replaced. The room doors don't properly close.

The set up of the rooms are so different with the bedroom being separate from the bathroom and other spaces. The customer service from the two gentlemen working that day was impeccable. They were sure to check on me and correct the problem with a few minor mishaps I noticed upon entering my room. I also enjoyed the television selections and my favorite part was the late check out at no additional charge. Though I didn’t need it the offering of it was so amazing! I will be back again for a third stay and more after! Hopefully I will see those familiar faces or others with just as great costumer services as those two gentlemen!

The property is close to the highway.

The property manager wasn’t very friendly when I checked in. She was rushing me to provide my license and method of payment. Her demeanor wasn’t welcoming. And when DoorDash left my dinner at the counter, the staff wouldn’t bring it to my room. I couldn’t leave my infant in the room alone.

The initial room they gave us was not what we had asked for and the front desk staff accompanied us to our room to make sure it was what we wanted. It was also clean. The gym was also really nice, we didn't see it until we were ready to go and wished we had seen it earlier and gotten to workout.

They didn't have a Pack'n Play/Crib. We traveled with my infant and hotels typically have a Pack'n Play/crib for guests who travel with babies.

We liked everything! It's much nicer than expected, for price. Easy to get too, it was very close to living facility that our dear friend was residing. The breakfast was satisfying. Perfectly filling for ride home. The staff was really nice. (There was no obvious renovation inconvenience like that posted in messaging prior to our arrival.)

We absolutely had no complaints.

The property is very clean. Great location. Breakfast is always great! Staff is always friendly and courteous and always willing to help. This is my 3rd time staying at this property and will always be my choice when I am visiting Georgia.

I dont have any complaints about this property or my recent stay.
