Friendly and very polite staff offering excellent customer service. Good location, close to restaurants and shopping.

Shade in my room was broken and therefore unable to let light in. Insufficient lighting on room. Maybe a stand up lamp in the corner will add a bit more light. Two reading lights on either side of bed weren't working.

Staff was excellent, courteous.

The bed. Didn't care for the frame. Mattress would slip off and move sometimes. Had a small child and was afraid he would hurt himself if the mattress slipped while getting on or off the bed. Otherwise, good visit.

great variety of breakfast, breakfast supposed to start 7 am, but items did not come out till 7:15, not even hot water, once out great variety, clean room, nice workout area; close to mall and shopping

breakfast was late, I was on a tight schedule so could not wait, almost 20 minutes after breakfast had to start, not even coffee or hotwater out.

I was preparing myself to get dressed I was in the shower to come out find my door open after I asked for a 12pm checkout

The bed in the handicapped room on the first floor is very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff was awesome. . THE housekeeper didn't put trash bags in the three trash cans in the room. .

The staff, (kim), David ,Samantha were all the best, so professional and considerate. They went above and beyond . My daughter had booked the wrong hotel first me, but it was no accident th as t I got such tremendous help with everything, the breakfast was the best continental breakfast iv ever eaten, and the young lady was so clean and professional as well. I wi make this my forever place to come and stay in the future..THANKS AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT SERVICES.. THE GYMN WAS JUST ENOUGH INDOOR FUN FOR US AS WELL.

no phone in the room was inconvenience but it was workable ,just had to go down to front desk if needed anythjng

They did not service the room after first day nor give fresh towels.
