My family which includes my two grand doggies drove all night to Covington, GA from St. Petersburg, FL. in order to escape Hurricane Milton. Our traveling experience was beyond stressful. It took hours to navigate through the back to back traffic while in Florida. In order to ensure that our reservation was secure, I called the hotel's front desk a few times to ensure the Desk Clerk that I was on my way. Each call was met with empathy, kindness, and reassurance. When I finally arrived I was greeted with a smile along with a smooth check-in experience. I thanked the hotel clerk for his kindness and excellent customer service during a difficult time. It meant a lot. Room 204

Everything was great. Great staff. Hot breakfast was provided every morning and the Morning Attendant/Cook was very helpful and warm. This hotel is definitely a great place for families. Clean, pet friendly, great area, family oriented and affordable. Highly recommended.

large clean room. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. I would stay there again. I liked the design of the hotel. The lobby was nice. Parking was good. I had a large Uhaul and had to park on the road outside parking lot, mostly because I got there so late at night

I did not think the breakfast was as good as advertised. It was just ok. It was marked above average. It was not. It was below average. But the lady who was service breakfast was very friendly and nice.

Friendly and helpful staff that was used to visitors on a Vampire Diaries Fan Tour. The rooms were a bit dated but very clean and spacious. A little mini market inside the hotel with reasonable prices helps when you arrive late.

The location definitely requires having a car to visit Covington (or anywhere else) as nothing is within walking distance. For what the hotel is, I felt it was a bit pricey. But again, that's definitely because of the Vampire Diaries related tourism in that tiny town.

I liked how quiet it was, there was also a pool but it was undergoing maintenance so we were unable to use it although it did look like a nice pool. The staff were super friendly and greeted us every time we walk in the hotel.

One thing I didn’t like is that I had to go to the entrance to get new towels and wash clothes and you have to pay to use the washers and dryers

The staff was very polite.

I was charge for putting ink on pillow cases when the marking was on the pillows at the time I checked in. The management team charges 90% of the customers that stay there for pillows and sheets. They attempted to keep my mother for the same thing and my mother was very upset due to the fact that she advised the deak clerk of the ink marks at the time of check in.

The hotel was very nice. Clean, comfortable and located in a great area. THe free breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of options, including hot sausage and eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels and waffles. We were there to visit family as well as tour the town, so we only stayed overnight. I was expecting a hotel just good enough to stay one night, but I was pleasantly surprised and excited that this hotel was way above what I expected. I will definitely stay there again!

The customer service was good & they were able to accomodate my early check in & late out. There was a small email communication issue regarding the early check in but it was resolved. However, in the future, hotel staff should check & respond to emails timely.

The pool. The pool was dirty & murky. I asked twice if it would be cleaned before I left. Nothing happened. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the open pool access. Huge disappointment.

This was my second stay at this location and it is a great hotel. The hotel is very family friendly that was a major plus for me. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room were clean and smell freshen. It had everything we need such as a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I love the area, although it was location on the Access Road from the I-20 it was very quiet. The lady that cook breakfast was the sweetest. The breakfast was great.

It is not a lot of parking space.

I must say compare to last stay at hotel this was by far the best. Not only suebto location but the cleanliness the breakfast buffet the staff I have to mention the hospitality to the concerige Dev the manager on duty Deeb and a 10 star For Tracey she was the cook for belrekfast what a clean and oleasney person always with a smile asking if everyone neeed anything she went above and beyond with us. Thank you all especially Tracey since I had more interactions with her she really made my mornings thank you. This is the type of staff you want at your hotel. Great job all!!!

I liked everything no complaints. Maybe one but I mention to manager and he did say he does try to stay kids in first floor I had a upstairs kids bouncing balls until 12 to 1 in morning. But I didn’t stress it.

Great staff, beds were very comfortable. Rooms were a nice size and were very clean. I enjoyed the lemon water that was served at breakfast. Smooth check in and out.

The wall plugs were coming loose and could use some sort of screws or adhesive to stick them to the walls instead of hanging ajar. Coffee...well I am not a fan of French roast and that is what there was.
