This was my second stay, the first was in September of 2022. My stay was exceptional, as it was the first time. I felt safe there both times. The first was with my fiancé but for the second trip I traveled alone. I did have some minor issues (iron wasn’t working, AC needed to be checked) but the staff was very courteous and promptly handled my issues. I also needed a toothbrush for a relative who came to visit during my stay and I locked myself out of the room, both issues were remedied with quickly and with kindness. I felt the location was convenient to everything I needed (major roadway, Walmart, Waffle House, restaurants, shopping, etc) I’ll definitely go back to stay when I visit Covington again.

I thought the older front desk lady was very accommodating and tried to make sure you stay was pleasant.

Totally opposite of what I experienced from the older front desk staff, after driving 6 hours to the hotel from NC. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk was pleasant, didn't smile, didn't ask how was my trip which didn't make me feel welcome. Not a great way to start your stay after a long tiring trip. That's why I can't give a perfect score. Thanks

I was happy with the location as well as cleanliness. It's the great place to stay if you there as TVD fans. Mystic Grill & Clock Tower location in downtown which was within 3 miles. Also, multiple options for food (Waffle House, Taco and 2-3 more) were on walking from hotel. Walmart also on walking. Hotel & room both were super clean. All the basic amenities were there in good working condition. I will prefer more lights in room but that's personal choice. Room n bed was really cozy n comforting.

I liked everything, although I am not sure my suggestion will work or not. But I wanted to propose some cooked options for breakfast. There was plenty but still I wanted something which is eatable for veg n nonveg both people (e.g. Hash brown, potato fries etc)

Location was great for going to the visitors center and around the town square. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful we run into storms driving in and they held my room until almost 11 before I checked in. Breakfast was ok.

Room cost more than what I was told on the booking site. I was told 255 including tax for 3 nights ended up paying over 270 .

I travel to this area a lot and stay here until I can get my house bought in the area. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good, but would be nice to have a few more options but was still good. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Vending machines don’t have much of a selection and it’s very cheap food for a high price.

The hotel was convenient, quiet, clean and comfortable, The check-in was very quick which has not been the case at other hotels for me lately. The beds were very comfortable and there was a small refrigerator, iron and ironing board in the room. The TV was larger than most for the type of motel. Room service changed towels every day which is a little unusual for properties such as this. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel does provide a cold breakfast but was not up early enough to try it out.

Nice updated. Plenty of space.

Needs cleans. Lots of crickets. Door locks were sketchy and didn’t want to lock without assistance. Gaps in doors.

The location it’s perfect, right across the parking lot there’s a Waffle House and a bit further an IHOP. It was easy to check in and the bed was really comfortable.

Overall we had a great stay, but the checkout time was showed as 11am and at 9am the cleaning staff knocked hard at the door several times. It bothered us and we ended up leaving earlier than planned cause we couldn’t go back to sleep.

It was quiet...less stress and therefore anxiety eased up a bit. Front desk helped me a lot and she really didnt mind helping me.

Having to get up from a very resting peaceful sleep. So I decided to stay home more might.. thanks bumcbes!!!!!

The stay all together was pretty good, the hotel had a wonderful, hot breakfast prepared in the morning. The staff was friendly and it was quiet.

My only complaint would be the floors, I didn't feel comfortable putting my child on them because they turned her feet completely black so we knew they were dirty, We did notice a bug but the were dying so we knew they sprayed regularly. I would stay here again but probably not with a small child.
