Rachel. Rachel was great! I booked through Booking. com. When I had to change the date of our stay, I was told by the hotel that we had to do it through booking, and the woman I spoke to was very rude. (I didn't get her name.) Booking kept telling me to call the hotel. After three frustrating days of phone calls to the hotel and attempts to reach booking, Rachel answered the phone. She helped me get through to booking, and the dates were changed! If it hadn't been for Rachel, I would have had to pay for a room we didn't use, and we definitely would have gone to a different hotel. Rachel saved our trip. And when I met her in person, she couldn't have been nicer. If I'm ever in that area again, I will definitely stay at that hotel again.

The first person I spoke to when I wanted to change the date. She was extremely rude and condescending.

The breakfast was ok. The omelets were a little skimpy on cheese, the sausage, biscuits, grits and gravy were good. There were plenty of juice selections. Cereal and pastrie selections were good. The coffee makers that grind the coffee beans fresh for every cup of coffe was very nice. Over all I'd give it 7.5 out of 10. I did like the water feature at the breakfast room.it was very nice The room was very nice, the shower was great & everything was very clean. All of the colors were very pleasing also.

Excellent shower. The actual space and the shower head/water flow. Liked the small shelves to put our shampoos/soap. That was a smart design. The lighting in the bathroom was very good as was shelving around the sink. The bed was very comfortable. The room layout was spacious and well thought out. Appreciated the long shelf to put suitcases as opposed to those foldout racks. We liked the several rolling, moveable ottomans, for sitting on as well as for placing our stuff. Very smart on the first floor to have all tile floors. Carpeting in high traffic areas gets grungy and worn very quickly. All of the staff we engaged with were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that one of the elevators was inoperable the entire 4 days we were there. The only one that was functioning was VERY slow. Stairs were used when we didn’t have our hands full, but being up on the sixth floor, the elevator was important. Breakfast was average.

The hotel was great, clean, very nice patio area.

The hotel was great, staff was pleasant. But, Booking.com was very, very disappointing. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each. When we got to the hotel, they had 2 rooms with 1 king bed in each. We were a group of 4, (3 sisters and 1 brother), all in our 60s. We did NOT enjoy sleeping in the same bed. I specifically booked 2 beds in each room, but that is not what we got. The hotels were booked and we had no choice but to take what they had. We were there to visit a 5th sibling who has cancer. This situation was very stressful and the room situation just added to the stress. I will not be using Booking.com again. I will go directly through the hotel. I have included the description of the room that stated there would be 2 beds in each room in the photo section below.

Everything. I had made a mistake at booking, but I called the location and got that taken care of with absolutely no problem. When we checked in, we were put on separate floors, but Stephan and Nicholas took care of us by finding rooms on the same floor, no problem! They were so, so helpful! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we are in the area. Breakfast the next morning was very good. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was a very good stay! Thank you, Stephan and Nicholas!!!

The pool had absolutely too much chlorine, but the kids still enjoyed the swim.

Clean, location has lots of retailers and restaurants nearby.

I travel frequently for business and have always been readily provided with my invoice at checkout. However, this property said they could not provide as I booked 3rd party and Booking.com was to provide. I had to call Booking.com for them to speak with the front desk, who continued to state they could not provide. It took Booking.com emailing the properties general manager for me to obtain. Such an odd encounter.

Check in was easy, Comp breakfast was Great, Location is excellent(walking distance to anything you need)

The doors are a major safety concern because they are so tight that they don’t close on there own and it took quite a bit of force to close it every time( had to slam it hard) also it’s a very heavy door and my elderly mom couldn’t even open it without help, so if she couldn’t leave the room without help.

The breakfast was good and had lots of options. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel and looked new or recently renovated. I would recommend and stay again in the future.

We used booking.com and booked a room with 2 queen beds. However, when we got to the hotel they told us all the rooms with 2 queen beds were booked.They gave us a handicapped room with a king bed and sofa bed. I was disappointed with this because I paid extra to have 2 queen beds. The hotel said they couldn't help because I used a 3rd party service instead of booking directly with them.

I like that it was close to the interstate and not far away from everything.

When checking in, the lady wasn't rude, but she wasn't pleasant either. I requested an early check-in and was told that would be fine. Once I arrived, I was told I couldn't check in close to 2, and the bed was hard.

It was beautiful clean hotel and close to shopping and dinner places

The breakfast was great when you could get any they have a poor breakfast crew they have breakfast till 10 but after 9 am if they run out they won't put anything else out never had that experience at any hotel definitely needs address the kitchen staff are lazy and rude
