Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely nice. The woman who checked us in began to call me by my name when we would leave and return to the property. The man and woman working in the breakfast area were also nice. The lady always asked if we wanted more food before she closed everything up. She would even ask the guests if they were interested in taking the leftover hot food. Everything about the property is clean. The room was comfortable. I loved the apartment feel to the room. It had a small, fully functional kitchen and a sitting area with a couch. It's definitely the best place to stay Covington. I've already booked my next 2 stays with them.

We only ate breakfast 3 mornings, but it was pretty much the same thing every morning. I think the only thing that was different was one morning there were sausage biscuits instead of Waffles. I saw some condiments such a bbq sauce, hot sauce and salsa but nothing as simple as mayonnaise or ketchup. Don't get me wrong, the breakfast was good but other options would have been nice.

The Staff!!! There was not one staff member that I came across that was not helpful. They all were very polite, kind, and courteous. Every front desk worker was AWESOME....David, Ms. KB, Ms. Delone, and Ms. Lisa!!! My favorite Ms. Jaden , worked in the breakfast bar area. She too was a delight! This hotel would definitely be my go to if I ever come back to the Covington area. It was centered around a newly built community. Close to the freeway, grocery, and restaurants! I mean.... Chick-fil-A is only a short walk away:) You will not be disappointed!!!

There was nothing to NOT like! All was well.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Everyone was extremely nice, especially the older woman who worked in the breakfast area. The location was good, and several restaurants within walking distance. There was a Publix across the road, which was a huge plus.

The options for breakfast. We had the same thing every day. I stayed at this hotel back in June, and it was the same options then as well.

The property was well appointed…great location and clean!

The only negative was that a very expensive jar of face cream fell behind the dresser just outside the bathroom. There’s a very large gap between the dresser and wall, and it fell as I was unpacking. I was unable to retrieve it. Perhaps move the dresser closer to the wall? The one “not very friendly” employee we met was the lady that set up breakfast the morning of our departure. She just seemed very unhappy.

My fiancée and I decided to stop here for the weekend while on a road trip due to her favorite television show being filmed in Covington, GA. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was fantastic. It was very large and included a full kitchen, sectional couch, smart TV, and very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a large shower and was very nice as well. Everything was very clean throughout the entire property and seemed to be a very safe location. The breakfast the hotel had to offer was great as well. If you are looking for a place to stay to visit the Square of Covington, this is the place. It is about a 5 minute drive and is very convenient. The area around the hotel was also in development and had lots of new restaurants within walking distance. If we ever decide to visit Covington again, this will most definitely be the place that we stay.

We recently rented a king room and it was nice and comfortable. I like the convenience of having a kitchen even if you don't plan on cooking. Sometimes you just want to clean things and not use the bathroom. The bathroom was really large and had a nice-size shower with space to put things. And I like that the sink is inside the bathroom which some hotels don't do. It worked well for two of us.

Felicia Murray was the main reason why we enjoyed the property so much. She was instrumental in her efforts to ensure we got everything we needed. Mrs. Murray dealt expeditiously and professionally with any issues that arose.

Only had coffee but location was good. Appearance of breakfast seemed good. Cleanliness is always a priority and everything was kept spotless. 5 stars for that!

Needed brighter light above mirrors for make-up application. I struggled to see to apply make-up but thought it was okay until I got outside in the sunlight. I did not bring my personal mirror and that is my own fault. All other lighting was just great.

The breakfast was good the room on the south end had construction going on somewhat noisy.

The shower had only the barley tepid water almost cold and simply would not get hot it would at other faucets. But the weather was really hot and the air worked well. TV was unreliable after a few days I really do not watch much but a property working one would be nice.

Durning my stay I like that the whole facility and stuff was excellent. The breakfast was something I looked forward to the next morning, it was delicious. I also like that everything was nice, neat, and enjoyable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!
