I like the price and the rooms are usually fairly clean.

The fact that I have to pay extra for amenities that are advertised in their Web page as being in the rooms, and that makes it False Advertisement. Also, it seems like they only use their lobby for people of their race, otherwise you have to go inside a room the size of a closet to check in and out, and when you need something.

The price and the location

The fact that I always have to pay extra for a microwave, refrigerator and any other amenities that they don't have in the rooms. They advertise these rooms showing those amenities in them but they are not. Other than that it was Okay.

The room was clean nice decor and it was wonderful that there was no carpet that made me feel as if it was even cleaner than most hotels with carpet that was a plus

The water pressure in the shower was not up to par that's about the only thing I didn't like everything else was fine all the bed was way too soft it wasn't good for my back but nice bed and those fluorescent lights I didn't like the fluorescent lights it was bad on my eyes I'm elderly person or a senior citizen and those fluorescent lights were not so good but otherwise everything else was okay

The staff at Masters Inn are very kind and attentive to the customer. They made the stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean. I would only suggest to add a microwave to the rooms for convenience.

They are double charging my credit card I went through booking.com and they are still holding over 600 on credit card also.

Cleanness. Convenient location. Hot shower. Well lit parking lot. Nice employee.

A bit too close to major roads. So a little bit noisy.

Some people checked in with kids and let them run all night and all day in the room and in the breezeways disturbing other guests the property did nothing

I liked the location. The staff was respectful. The room wasn't bad.

I didn't like that we didn't have a fridge or microwave.
