Rosa point deli with very high expectations their sheets are fairly clean smells like Downy all appliances and hotel works and they also make sure that you don't have any little bug friends because they do regular maintenance neighbors are quiet most of the people work here I'm sitting here for about a month due to work reasons and it's been an awesome place to stay they meet all accommodations that I've required

Anything that I had a problem with was fixed fairly fast I did we talked to management about something that did not meet my expectations and it was fixed before 24 hours great place to be it will definitely meet all of your accommodations for you and your family as well as did mine

Super clean, there’s a stove, Ac Works Perfectly, It’s high end, Safe, No drugs, Beds are made and clean, Bathrooms are clean, Super nice tv, And wooden floors are nice

Many cigarette smokers, The location is terrible, Super far From Regular streets, And No gas stations nearby. The Staff Is super mean unless you’re on their good side. Hella Trees everywhere, No Good view of anything. Feels like I’m in the middle of nowhere

Had a problem that. I thought was fixed but wasn't all I can say is if it increases in demeanor I'll be the WIFE I AM.... Staff is very nice and they make sure they meet all accommodations Cleaning staff

The setup of the studio room is very comfortable and cozy and provides the necessary independence one would feel in their home but with the hotel-style services.

The water pressure and temperature could have been better; the cleanliness and overall maintenance could have been better. A light fixture in the ceiling detached and is dangling.

Staff is absolutely wonderful. It’s near a lot of stores, restaurants and bars. Rooms are very nice with stove / mini kitchen. Would definitely recommend!!

Nothing but they do close early at 10pm. Which isn’t a problem for me.

No breakfast

Everything was perfect, there was no flaws. The room was nice and big lots of space very clean. I have nothing to complain about. Hey keep up the good work.

Refrigerator and stove top

It was a lot of arguing with couples and too many dogs in back and they didn’t pick up there dog poop. Also the weekly rate doesn’t go down the more u stay no discount

Room clean and piece of mind

Night time door light Parking was to close to room and very loud out side at night.

They let us check in b4 check in time.

It was a lot of people hanging out but it didn’t bother us we stayed in our room they were respectful though
