The hotel was great. Clean, the bedroom was so confortable.

The person who was at the reception didn’t help me. The girl was given a bad attitude. She was hurry because it was her time to go. I arrived at 2:15. I know that the check in is at 3. I explained to her that I had a meeting at 3 and I need to change my clothes. I just asked her if any room was available at that time? It’s not the information that she provided to me. It was the way she told me the information.

My stay was very good, nice quiet and cozy relaxing room and location. Close to anything or place you might wanna go to for eating and shopping. Very nice staff. Breakfast is served every day. If you would like to go out walking, you can walk around the property or they'll give you information for nearby trails.

The breakfast well suited our needs. There was a nice variety of selections from which to choose.

After a very long day of travel, we had a couple of hours of the occupants above us walking around (either one person was pacing or multiple people moving around).

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The carpets need to be cleaned. The staff and accommodations were great. They need to make sure appliances in the rooms work. My microwave didn't. Office chair was crap but they replaced it with a brand new one. I will be staying at the sleep inn suites again next year with out a doubt.

Loved my room and where it was located The beds were very comfortable Room was very clean The only thing that disappointing me was the breakfast The orange juice machine was broken and apple juice tasted kinda twangy Since I came down for breakfast around 7:30 Instead of refreshing the biscuits with new ones they had been microwaved to keep warm and were hard in some areas But overall it was a great experience Will definitely stay again !

The location was okay, but that wasn't an issue with us because we had a car. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. No eggs or sausage, but otherwise good. Our room was very clean. We'd agree with another reviewer that there were several tiny black spots on the bottom sheet, and also one on the bedspread, but as parents and grandparents, we know how that happened. At some point, a child got hold of a vis-a-vis permanent marking pen! Either that, or a permanent pen got mixed into the hotel laundry. Not a serious problem, and it certainly didn't make us fee that the room was unclean.

Probably a bit more choice at breakfast.

Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The parking was terrible just due to lots of bookings. I feel like the parking lot needs to be bigger. Still wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Breakfast was decent, staff that was in charge of that area was not very attentive. Coffee and eggs ran out and slow to handle the situation.

Pool/hot tub was out of order.

Breakfast was good staff was friendly.

Employees kid was having run of the grounds and when we were swimming he was kinda harassing my daughter trying to come back to room with us

The shampoo and conditioner. I couldn’t figure out how to get any out of the bottles. They were full but the contraption they were in was terrible and cheap!
