Perfect for our two night stay in Athens. Not in downtown but within easy driving distance, close to all the major stores. All new and super clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just great!

Hotel breakfast is definitely not what it used to be anymore. This was the same in all the hotels, we stayed in during our trip, but we did find it quite shocking that plates and cutlery are plastic or non recyclable and that a lot of the food is either single serving (plastic wrapped) portions or machine generated, for european travellers, the amount of waste this produces ist just really shocking.

Breakfast had offerings to please anyone. Hot offerings were delicious, and of course, fresh waffles are always a hit. Coffee hot and plentiful. Lovely seating in the main room as well as comfortable seating by the fireplace.

Only one thing I didn't like. When putting the address into the GPS it sent me to the middle of nowhere. Very disconcerting when you're in unknown territory. Thank God for Tracy. I called the front desk and she actually talked me to the hotel! Perhaps a better GPS listing would be coordinates or a renamed address. I found out there are THREE Old Epps Bridge Roads!

Hotel was very clean and well-appointed, staff was quite friendly and nice, and our room was large and spacious with all the details you’d want or need.

Some of the surrounding area is so-so (drug smell in the parking lot, and were asked for money/food by someone while walking to the car. He was respectful but it was unexpected and made us uncomfortable.) A little farther from the UGA campus than other places we’ve stayed but still accessible.

standard breakfast. served the purpose. Coffee could have been hotter! Waffles always a favorite, eggs not so much. clean and well kept. will stay again.

location is near fire station, so several time that night the fire trucks whet on call full siren! I know they have to, but the first run startled me out of my sleep. View of the repair shop and the car wasn't all that, but I was just there to sleep and move on.

The location was great. Close enough to the areas I had to go while I was in town. Plenty if places to eat. The whole hotel as well as my room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous; not just courteous but very nice. The breakfast was excellent and I always felt safe and welcome.

I can't think of one thing that could have been better.

James at the front desk greeted us with a smile after a long day of traveling. He went out of his way to help us get settled and offered up some great conversation.

The dumpsters outside our room were being loaded in the early morning hours….unfortunate cause for some interrupted sleep.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice. We were near everything and very convenient to some nice dining places. The breakfast was outstanding. Definitely a place to stay if ever in the Athens area.

Clean, new, comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff was busily keeping everything clean.

The parking situation wasn't great. There's a tiny parking garage (with no indicator wether it's full... and it was-- had to back out) and a tiny lot, both were full and we had to park in the last available spot on the street.

The property was nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

They need to have bacon or sausage on the days they have corn beef hash.We didn’t like the breakfast need more options. The hotel was very nice just expensive for one night stay.
