Pretty much what we expected from a motel. The room was quite large, seemed to be newly redone, had a sofa and table area. Soundproofing seemed to be quite good, as we noticed no road noise from outside. We were late for the breakfast, but the staff was kind enough to let us take a few things to go. I can also warmly recommend the Chinese restaurant next-door. If you go, be aware that portions are quite large.

If you are driving (any you probably are if you are staying here) be aware that you can only enter with a right turn, approaching from out of town. If you are coming from the centre, you will have to pass the property, navigate through an interchange, and find someplace to turn around. This is a bit of an inconvenience, but not really a big deal.

It was in a great location, in town with all the great food spots and not to far from where we were visiting. The price was amazing, I was honestly expecting less because of it being on the cheaper side. The bathroom was HUGE it surprised me actually, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent. (I loved the fruit options.) Overall I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again when we come back into athens to visit family.

Easy to find, clean, at the lower price point for Athens hotels, convenient for the event I attended at the State Botanical Garden. Room was well equipped, including a small though slightly noisy fridge. Pretty quiet, especially for a Friday night in a college town, and on a main road. Nice selection of breakfast items. Parking right outside the door. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Overwhelming smell of cleaning products might be a problem for someone with allergies/sensitivities. Room a little dark, but hey, you stay here for the location and price, not a luxurious room.

Everything was perfect for a weekend of wedding events. Staff was super sweet, rooms very clean shower bed everything spotless. Beds are very comfy and price was nice too. Was within 5 minutes from everything we were doing in the downtown area will definitely stay again when we visit Athens

Actually have no complaints very nice hotel.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room. The room was actually a bit larger than we thought it would be. Had a sort of sectioned screen between the TV area/couch and bed. Continental breakfast was perfect to start a day. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Facilities were very clean and smelled great. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was fantastic! Room was clean and smelled good as well. Breakfast was satisfactory for what we needed.

There's a little area with a swing that my husband and I would have loved to sit at and enjoy the scenery, but it is blocked off for the owners. That was a bummer.

I reserved my rooms with a card, and they still canceled a room. They tried to charge me the regular price to get my room back instead of the price I was booked. I had the worst experience with checking in, but I had a sweet older lady that helped fix the problem.

Location for what I needed

Location of the property on the highway. You have to go around the block to get to the property. So if you forget something then you really have to go 5 mins to spend the block to get back to the hotel.

Easy parking, friendly check in good breakfast.

AC in room didn't work, 100 degrees with humidity outside, moved to am upstairs room, but not fun getting to it with one leg that works.

Simple. Clean.

Parking was full one night. But front desk just allowed me to park in the front drive. So it worked out fine. Was just annoying to have to go in ask where to park because every spot was take. Again. They fix my problem quickly!
