The location to the downtown area is very good and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good.

The layout of the room is awkward. When you’re opening the closet the door, it cuts off access to the far side of the bed and room. The glass barn door to the bathroom doesn’t allow a person to turn on the bathroom light at night without bothering a sleeper. The desk in the middle of the room was placed I’m guessing as a room divider, but it added to the awkwardness and for a suite, the room was small. The bed was comfortable.

The location of this property is really great. I liked that is was within walking distance to "Last Resort" restaurant and 5. I liked the art inside the hotel and the high ceilings etc. The room was comfortable but a bit cramped in my view.

The staff at check-in was fine - not overly friendly but fine. I expect more from the staff the came in afterwards who seem SO interested in their computer that they cannot look up and greet me. For the price paid at this property and for being a Marriott I have high expectations that EVERY staff member will at least say, "Hello and how are you?" etc.

Great location, staff was friendly and accommodating. Clean!

A couple areas to improve: 1. The room and bathroom were dark, even with all the lights and lamps on. Particularly in the bathroom, I would have like brighter lights for putting on makeup. 2. Speaking of bathroom, I wish it had a vent to prevent the after-shower swamp. Not to mention stagnant odors that have nowhere to go after using the potty.

Great location to UGA and downtown. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly. The place was clean. Breakfast was accommodating.

The room had some wear and tear. Glass in the office/desk was broken/missing. The Wallcovering is peeling off and looked like contractor had painted in a hurry with spots on the ceiling. We would have stayed another night but the cost doubled on a Friday so we switched hotels.

Location is excellent to walk downtown and shop/eat.

We were traveling with another friend and the bathroom is just not private enough. It is right in front of the beds and only a sliding door…no fan or anything for privacy.

Breakfast only one meat served. We originally booked to stay at your downtown hotel but like the location that we arrived to by mistake and decided to stay at this location. Could not understand why we were charged a much higher rate for this hotel. Wasn't happy about that.

Excellent location. We were a block from the center of town. The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable. It’s either a new hotel or nicely updated. Drinks were available to purchase. Would highly recommend.

Liked it all, but since they had a bar, would have been nice to have some music in the evening.

The breakfast was not very good. I also didn’t like how the price per night nearly doubled when I needed to change the date of my stay.

Extra $15 fee for parking but was nice having covered parking.

I loved the spacious room and the modern bathrooms. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good too and the staff very friendly.

The only complaint with the A/C in the room. It shut off and on every 10 minutes and didn't cool very well. The room felt humid in the mornings. Even though I adjusted the temperature, I felt the system kept changing the temperature throughout the night.
