The staff was friendly, our room was clean, the pool was clean, and breakfast was great. We appreciated the fact that there was an elevator, since my husband is in a wheelchair, and we normally have to stay on the ground floor wherever we travel. We will definitely stay here again next year when we return for our annual church conference.

The pool closed at 10 so we were unable to enjoy it as much as we'd have liked (our event didn't end till late), but not a huge deal. I do wish breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit to choose from. The beds weren't as comfortable as home, but not entirely uncomfortable like other places we've stayed.

We were in town for a family reunion. We did not eat breakfast however, we were told by other members of our family that it was very nice. The location was great we were able to get to various places with ease.

When we checked into our room immediately we could see that it was not cleaned proper. I notified the front desk of the problems and right away Ms Judy apologized for the inconvenience and said we'll moved you to another room. Within five minutes she moved us into a different room and upgraded it , she made a bad situation Right. The manner in which she Handled this situation is why we gave a ten rating, we had a very pleasant stay.

I liked the location of the hotel! It was a 5 minute or less drive to all of the major areas in the city! The hotel was nice and clean! The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! The rooms are a little outdated, but they were nice and clean!

Again, the rooms are a little outdated, but they were still nice rooms! I really do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Keep up the good job!

It was close by everything I needed to be. It was well lighted for me coming and going . The bed was comfortable and the curtains keep out the sun light when sleeping in !!

It wasn’t a lot of parking space but it was cool. My tv remote didn’t work to change the channel. The pillows on the beds need to be a little bigger.

I will never stay anywhere else! Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful staff, great location! Our granddaughter loved the pool, I loved the jacuzzi! I can't express how sweet the staff was, we thought our granddaughter lost her giraffe and the staff just searched everywhere to help us!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I was surprised by the price given how close it is to the university and all the events that were occuring.

The decor is a little dated. There is a lot more that can be done with the beautiful atrium.

The breakfast was wonderful even if I did have to make our own waffles, lol. No, but for real , breakfast was great and my children loved it, even my waffles. They have been asking to go back and the room again so we can have waffles, lol. Soooo, we’re getting a waffle maker.

I didn’t like the fact that there air conditioner did not have a knob to turn it up, down, or even off for that matter. However, if it did get too cold in the room, we would just unplug it. Other than that, everything was great

Two of the staff were heard talking quietly about the guests, I was sitting in a small area near the front desk, where i was unseen. I’m a business owner and customer service is a must.

room was lovely and comfortable. Only complaint was that our boys slept on the sofa bed and they said it wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was above expectations and everyone was very accommodating.

The staff were always kind and helpful. The room was spacious for the four of us and quiet.

The complimentary cookies were always oatmeal raisin. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
