The location was excellent. My son loved being within walking distance of the University of Ga. He and I really enjoyed the breakfast selections. I had the yogurt parfait and he had the breakfast burrito. It did take a little time to arrive, however.

I had to request a portable shower chair because I have recently had surgery. I called guest services and it was sent up within 10 minutes, as promised. 😊

I loved the hotel, the staff , the location, the room

The room appeared not to be cleaned properly. The trashcan had not been emptied, the floor had not been swept. I am a stickler about many things which made me question had the linen been changed. I was extremely fatigued when I arrived and was only to be in the room 8 hours. It didn't warrant me speaking to front desk personnel. Had I been there for much longer- I would have addressed the situation. My personal silk sheets, Lysol wipes and micro ban are my best travel companions.

The room is very nicely put together, , in terms of the interior architecture, and nicely appointed for a hotel in this class. Everything, most esp. the bed and the combination of reading chair and desk chair, was comfortable.

We were there at the same time as a large number of HS students. The hotel did a good job of managing that, but left us with only the choice of a buffet for breakfast, too much food and expensive. Surely, they could have offered breakfast a la carte for the few of us not in the large groups?

Staff was amazing! Room very comfortable, great shower! Gym was clean and had the basics, Dinner was good, Breakfast very good, Lattes awesome!

grout could be cleaned a little better in the shower area, spots of mold up near the ceiling; room darkening curtains was very difficult to slide close -- but that's it -- will stay here again --

They were so kind to let me have early check-in, allowing me to make it to my nephew's graduation just in time. The room was comfortable, and I slept so well. The breakfast was also delicious!

I really can't complain. If I have to pick one thing, I'd suggest putting dimmers on the bedside lamps.

The hotel has a modern and fresh look. Nice outdoor area for relaxing and dining. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. A good plus is the fact that the room in not carpeted making it more hygienic. All the staff was very welcoming and helpful

The floor of my room was quite dusty in all the corners, behind chairs and armchair, and on the whole wooden separator between entrance and bed area.

Great location, sensible parking, upscale modern vibe. But the staff was the best part, Valencia in particular, she really exemplified southern hospitality. We only knew her for minutes but feel like we left a great friend behind when we left.

Clean and modern hotel on the edge of downtown. Walking distance to downtown and the campus. Comfortable and spacious enough room. Friendly staff. Secure parking on site.

Free breakfast not included. But nice cafe in the lobby serving breakfast.

Very clean. Staff was great. Nice and quiet.

Rooms were very small. Only a tiny trash can in the bathroom only. Location isn't anything special. No microwave in the room. Price was too much for the overall package. You can get the same experience at a hotel close by for half the price. I know due to some colleagues doing such.
