We were in town for a family reunion. We did not eat breakfast however, we were told by other members of our family that it was very nice. The location was great we were able to get to various places with ease.

When we checked into our room immediately we could see that it was not cleaned proper. I notified the front desk of the problems and right away Ms Judy apologized for the inconvenience and said we'll moved you to another room. Within five minutes she moved us into a different room and upgraded it , she made a bad situation Right. The manner in which she Handled this situation is why we gave a ten rating, we had a very pleasant stay.

I liked the location of the hotel! It was a 5 minute or less drive to all of the major areas in the city! The hotel was nice and clean! The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful! The rooms are a little outdated, but they were nice and clean!

Again, the rooms are a little outdated, but they were still nice rooms! I really do not have anything negative to say about my stay! Keep up the good job!

It was close by everything I needed to be. It was well lighted for me coming and going . The bed was comfortable and the curtains keep out the sun light when sleeping in !!

It wasn’t a lot of parking space but it was cool. My tv remote didn’t work to change the channel. The pillows on the beds need to be a little bigger.

I will never stay anywhere else! Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful staff, great location! Our granddaughter loved the pool, I loved the jacuzzi! I can't express how sweet the staff was, we thought our granddaughter lost her giraffe and the staff just searched everywhere to help us!

The breakfast was wonderful even if I did have to make our own waffles, lol. No, but for real , breakfast was great and my children loved it, even my waffles. They have been asking to go back and the room again so we can have waffles, lol. Soooo, we’re getting a waffle maker.

I didn’t like the fact that there air conditioner did not have a knob to turn it up, down, or even off for that matter. However, if it did get too cold in the room, we would just unplug it. Other than that, everything was great

Breakfast was nice hotel was quiet and tidy

Two of the staff were heard talking quietly about the guests, I was sitting in a small area near the front desk, where i was unseen. I’m a business owner and customer service is a must.

The staff were always kind and helpful. The room was spacious for the four of us and quiet.

The complimentary cookies were always oatmeal raisin. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Cracked sink, super noisy from street and parking lot, couch very uncomfortable, toilet paper holder was broken, & bath mat was soaking wet and folded on side of tub upon arrival.

The staff was a great. The rooms clean and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was a definite plus

The only thing I did not like is the fact that the price of the room was 4 times the normal rate simply because it was a graduation weekend at the University of Georgia. I have stated this facility multiple times and the room rate was around $120 to $140. Since this was graduation week at the University of Georgia it was over $800 for 2 nights. Price gouging such as this should be illegal.

Great location

Someone was allowed to smoke and our whole hall smelled VERY bad. I have asthma and triggered it. I also asked to change my pillows/bedding because I am allergic to feathers/down. There were no feather free bedding supplies available so I was up half the night.
