I love the breakfast most of all I love the black tea now I buy it and drink it every day that was a bonus for me I had been looking for something to drink that's health for me and I found it there staff was nice will stay again keep that black tea love it it's my new drink

Everything was great but did not know you have to pay a cash deposit of $100 in case the property is damage but I did not know that when I book the room but she waiver the fee next it should be on the website

Lovely after a room change. The first room felt a little too exposed with the double doors leading out to a dim access road. The staff kindly allowed me to swap to a second floor room & it was very comfortable. The outside hallway does need some new carpets but it's an older hotel. Probably in the summer with the pool open it would be awesome it have a lower floor for families.

Beds were excellent. Shower was excellent. Loved sliding glass door.

I had mentioned I'd be arriving at 11:30 to noon and asked to be accommodated and they said they could not so I had to pay for a entire second night. Then after I paid the two nights I saw that for 40 dollars they could have let me check in at 11:00 am.

The location was within walking distance to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens (2 1/2 mi) or they have shuttles or Uber. The room was nice. Check in was easy and the check in staff was great.

The price was high, I guess it is raised for games, but it was still less than others in the area. Breakfast was supposed to last until 9 but it was already put up when we came out around 8:30-8:45.

Someone came up the hallway when the lights had went off when they had any bad storm and I got a softer and my money got stolen my bank card and everything I had to go to the hospital but I'm still here at Howard Johnson and I just wanted to know could I get a couple free nights that's all I'm asking

The check in/out people were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean. Room was clean. Plenty of towels/linens. Good restaurant steps from hotel. Price was good. Nice sized room with a patio. Nicely kept grounds

The pool closed 2 hours before posted time. The pool lock wasn't sufficient. The shower gel was empty Could easily hear people in neighboring rooms

the location was cheap and comfortable!

the cereal provided for breakfast was a bit stale, and the property just felt a bit sketchier than what the pictures on the site showed, but i did check in late and was a solo female traveler so maybe i was just a bit paranoid

Comfy bed. Nice TV. Friendly employees.

The room was great but here and there on the walls was a little dirty. Loved the bathroom decorations out of the towels...nice touch! Also, there was no carafe to the coffee maker, so I couldn't make coffee but I did get some from the front office. Great and great over all!

I didn’t like the fact my kids had a friend come with us for a few hours then the staff stated I had to take them home on my baby 8th birthday and wasn’t like her friend as in 1 was goi To spend the night we All just wanted to swim it really hurt her feelings just like it did mines!

It was nice having a little breakfast muffin or oatmeal and orange juice or coffee.

Little cheaper for the age of property and discount for long stay but not an option .Athens is not worker stay friendly , hotel staff was Friendly thank you.
