Was surprised about the breakfast offering ad I didn't know that was included at red roof in. Very convenient location! Nearby restaurants. Felt safe even though motel style hotel. Nice staff at checkin

Refrigerator didn't work/cool. Room humid but dehumidifier available in room. Would have been nice to Incude instruction for operations. Called to Requested linen and pillows for sofa bed on day 2 in the early afternoon. Was told to look out my room find the housekeeping staff. No housekeeping was close so when I stopped by the front desk they indicated the linens and pillow would be put in our room but it was not.

The room was very spacious, plenty of room for us and grandkids ages 3 and 4. Liked that the couch is actually a pull out bed. Was able to have friends that were in from out of state over and plenty of room for everyone.

Didn't like that there was no linens for the pull out bed there was just a mattress protector on it. We removed the quilt from our bed and put on the pull out bed so kids weren't laying on a mattress protector (they had brought there own blankets from home)

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of my room. I was pleased with that. I have bad knees so I would have preferred not to have had to stay in the location that I was in. I needed something more accessible.

Could of been just me, but the desk clerk seemed to have attitude. I'm a very friendly person but I didn't receive that from the desk clerk. She seemed a little snooty! I didn't get service with a smile. Sometimes I just need a smile.

Washing machine didn’t ring out my clothes had to ring my clothes out by hand and it cost me more to dry them because they were soaked, first room was nasty hadn’t been cleaned, had to get another room, that room the heat didn’t work, was moved to another room. Lady at the desk, said management knew about the washing machine and never fixed it .

The staff was great, the room was great and the location is prime. The bed was very comfortable and the tv has a large selection of channels.

The breakfast could be a little better if they offered a few more options. It was apples, muffins, toast, cereal and waffles. Bagels and cream cheese would have made it a little more better. The coffee and juices were like water. All aside though, we would stay there again.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms..I didn't get in the pool but the area was nice and clean and water was clean..they have a laundry room elevators..

$100 cash deposit..because everyone may not have that to pay..I feel that they should take the deposit away or the take ìt down a little less..

Front desk personnel took care of every request I made with a smile.

Parking area was next to a construction zone, a lot of noise, workers coming and going. Group of adult men who congregated about 5pm on property, were very noisy, didn’t know where they were from but I felt intimidated walking past them. I told the property manager, and in a few days they were gone . So glad he took care of it.

The room was spacious but the toilet was constantly running to the point of having to turn off the water to it only to turn it back on when you used the bathroom. It was annoying. The lack of towels in the room was also an issue but got towels from the front desk.

The tv kept coming in and out which was annoying considering it was satellite tv. The lack of towels in the room and the constantly running toilet was annoying as well.

The lady at check in went above and beyond and was super nice. I have an injured foot and she made sure to locate us a room where we could park directly in front of our room. The size of the room and cleanliness was great. It was a peaceful stay.

I loved that while other pet friendly hotels give you a lower grade quality room for the same price as a regular room plus pet fees; They didn’t do that. Our room was exceptional. Every staff member was excellent! Location was perfect right off the interstate and it was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit family.

Everything was great
