Location good. Beds and pillows very comfortable.

Several things wrong in room. Mold in several places, stains on ceilings from leaks. Toilet seat was disgusting. Stains on bathroom walls. A dehumidifier was put in the room I’m assuming to pull the moisture out. Pool was closed. Brought grandson to swim, he was very disappointed. They did say they were going to be remodeling soon, hopefully this will fix all the issues in the room because the hotel was really nice. Having to pay a cash deposit is very frustrating when they have my cc on file for any incidentals then have to wait for them to check the room to get the deposit back.

I liked the room. I need a extra blanket for comfort. The breakfast was okay, the first day there wasn't any meat.

We were socializing in the lobby around 9am. The person behind the desk told us that the lobby was closed. We had one table playing spades. Another table playing pokeno and a few men watching the football game on the big screen TV. We were not loud or making a lot of noise. He told us that the lobby was closed to be clean up for breakfast the next morning. We told him that we would cleanup after ourselves. He said okay and then he told us that the lobby would close down at 10pm.

Friendly. Not expensive, comparatively.

Very much in need of redecorating and rehab. Made me uncomfortable. Still, the staff did a great job making sure all surfaces were clean, but furniture was shabby and dirty, linens were greasy-looking and dingy; sheets and towels not 100% white. Also, the low lighting and dark decor and inside the suite made it difficult to see the coffee machine area. Last, no curtains, just a shade, so filtered street light shown in all night. NEVERTHELESS we slept comfortably through the night.

The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was so nice and easy to talk to. I traveled to escape the destruction of Hurricane Helene and this was the best place to be. Breakfast downstairs was filling and the coffee was perfect.

It would have been nice to have sausage or bacon on the breakfast bar. The walls were thin but that was to be expected with an older hotel. No other complaints at all.

The motel was excellent, the location was excellent. The room was nice only thing the pull out sofa, the mattress was rusty. But other than that. It was amazing and I will come again. Thank you so much.

When I went to pull out the sofa mattress. It was rusty and when I went to sleep it over. It was nasty, the pool water was extra cold. My body couldn't adjust to the water, it was so cold.

My niece who lives in Athens stayed with me. We both loved the pool. The parking was great.

The room had an odor. Our (my) room was way down the hall from the elevator. I have arthritis in my knees so it was a long walk for me. When people are on vacation they tend to want to sleep late. The breakfast stopped at 9AM, which is a little bit early. We ate the breakfast twice which was the weekend and it was open till 10AM.

The breakfast was nice to have, especially the coffee. The location is excellent, very close to downtown Athens and campus.

The AC unit created a very humid environment that made everything feel damp. There was a musty smell in the room and it often smelled like someone was smoking somewhere nearby.

Everything from the front desk lady to the cleaning staff. The facilities.. I didn't expect the nice breakfast. The microwave in the room really surprised us.

That the other guest with dogs don't pick up after their dogs.. I think we must encourage them. Maybe a sign asking to pick up after their dogs would help.

Nice/ staff was nice when we left but ok on arrival. The check out and morning going above just being nice made the stay from a 6 to a 9

They sold our roll in shower handicap but it was what it was. (Wheel chair) But it was a tub that was "accessible" but if you cant stand long then its not helpful but we made due.

The breakfast was good and the location was very close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The bed was too firm for my back. On our first night of stay, we were located near other patrons that were extremely loud in the hallway and with their door open for at least half an hour. This was very late at night.
