Tara front end ...Was very hospitable she even made sure I had a bottom floor because of medical issues she was informative and made me feel right and home she treated me like a person not just another guest .Thank you so much Tara your awesome.The breakfast buffet was the best presentation, variety, and quality of fresh food I've ever seen..due to misspelling the lady's name I won't tell you her name But....she was very personable,friendly,and you can tell she took great care of the buffet .she had it All set up at exactly 6am..I must admit I went back for seconds first time I ever did that in any of my hotel visits and I don't eat much I couldn't help myself lol.The house keeper staff were friendly and did a great job on clecleanliness and stocking the sooms.I will definitely be back and I've already suggested to my friends and family..Kudos

only issue I had was the refrigerator worked but wasn't very cool at least it wasn't frozen like most are.I just got a bucket of ice and put my drinks in it and stuck it in the refrigerator .no biggy I didn't have that much anyway

The lady at the front desk was nice. Most of the staff we encountered was nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was good, with a variety of selections hot and cold. Close to the main road but no road noise disturbances. Plenty of places to park and restaurants you can walk to if you didn't want to drive.

Room and hallway had a damp smell. We sat by the pool and many of the chairs there needed to be cleaned to sit on. Breakfast area, had a lot of sand on the floor, its not the hotel fault, workers tracked through that area but no one came and cleaned it up.

The hotel was very clean when we checked in. The girl checking us in very friendly and answered all our questions. The room was wonderful large bathroom we had a king size bed very comfortable. Had a couch in room very clean and smell of room was clean smell .

Loved everything nothing to complain about the breakfast was great had cold and hot items choose from as with breakfast drinks. The stay was great had nothing at all to complain about will be staying again.

The breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. Other hotels don't offer breakfast over such a long period, or as early, or have as quality or variety of food. It wasn't like five star restaurant, but i liked having pancakes and waffles, bagels, syrup, multiple muffins, eggs, bacon and bacon, or sausage. The cereals are good and apple juice and orange juice is nice to have as well. The staff was very friendly, wanted to help, and helped direct me when I was half asleep in the breakfast area. Issues with key card and other things were dealt with very well by the staff. The facilities were also very clean and obviously maintained.

A filtered water dispenser in the breakfast area would be nice. Some aspects of the facilities weren't great. They were very clean, but the walls were a little beat up, the elevator could use some love, and a few things could be touched up here and there, but it was very clean which contrasted with the lower condition of some things.

Lots of room to park. I love that they have a workout room and a pool. I love that they serve breakfast, even though I didn't get up in time to go get the breakfast. The staff was so friendly and informative.

I don't have any complaints about this establishment.

It was clean throughout the facility. You can tell everything is done accordingly.

They need to stop giving out those small soaps to shower with. America is in a crisis of obesity. They need to get like everyone and put three full bottles of soap, conditioner, and shampoo.

The breakfast was great.the beds where very comfortable. The bathroom are very big and shower had great water pressure. The room was very spacious.

I was doubled charged for room management said he would refund my money but I have not had it returned to me yet.I use this hotel on weekends when I have my client in athens I will not return till my money is refunded.

Hotel & room were very clean. Eggs at the Continental breakfast were on point. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location about 12 minutes from UGA. Will definitely be staying here again when I have events to attend @ UGA.

I had to be creative getting out of the hotel into traffic due to the volume of cars on the road.

there was plenty of food . appreciated the "bold "button on the coffee maker,the only negative was one morning the chobani yogurt appeared very watery and had a slight sour " off " taste. but eggs , sausage pancakes etc were good . out of 7 days we had sausage every morning and bacon once . the bacon was good !

The breakfast bar was well set up with a variety of choices. The comfort of the beds and cleanliness was a plus. Yet, the greatest benefit was it was quiet and we could get a good nights sleep. Also, it is important to note that the staff was friendly.

One day our garbage cans had not been emptied. That made the room appear a little unkept.
