The staff was very friendly each day, a decent location of where we had to go within walking distance and the room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the suite comfort and how we had our own little "room" within the suite. The bar area was nice and entertaining.

The king bed was slightly uncomfortable, the showers in both room areas of the suite took 7-10mins to warm up the water for a shower, and each door to the rooms of the suite would not just close, we had to push them closed as they were uneven to the framework. The breakfast was disappointing, we had biscuits each day but with no gravy which normally you see, then one morning kitchen staff was slightly tempered when asked about more eggs (had to wait a good time for).

Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. The kitchen equipment and implements provided in the room are good and very useful. Self-service economical laundry services are available at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is very good. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping services are also very good. The hotel is well located and just next to the bus transit stop. There are restaurants and departmental stores within walking distance from the hotel. I think it's a value for money hotel.

The staff were hospitable and friendly. Location is great for all things downtown and UGA related.

You have to valet to park. We had several plans over the weekend, would’ve been nice to have the option to self park, especially when we were coming back for a quick change and then heading to next event. The valet service was efficient and friendly, we used them many times - bring lots of small change! Our room had no body wash or shampoo (permanent pumps in shower were empty) or extra linens for the sofa bed

Spacious and comfortable rooms were decorated nicely with a UGA theme. Bar and game room were a fun place to hang out for adults and kids. The outdoor patio was a great space for sitting and talking or having a drink. Staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The location made walking anywhere within Athens and to campus a breeze.

We requested for our room to be cleaned more than once. On a three night stay room was never touched, we were never given fresh towels and we ran out of toilet paper. I was able to get towels and toilet paper from the desk, but considering we had specifically requested cleaning, I don’t think that’s something I should have had to handle.

Beautiful set up and views

They overcharged me! Booking says my taxes were included, everything was supposed to total $334 however I was charged $498 I’ve never had this happen and I was told that booking has the wrong price on their site! This caught me by surprise and luckily I had enough funds to cover such a tremendous difference. I was charged four different taxes per day. I will not be booking through booking. Com again or staying at this facility until someone can explain to me what happened and why.

The rooms were very spacious and I loved the layout with a nice kitchen/sitting area and a private bedroom. Staff were pleasant. There were a good variety of breakfast items in the morning; I especially appreciated the hard boiled eggs.

It would have been nice to have an early breakfast option. My husband was running a marathon in the morning and breakfast didn't start until 7; after he needed to leave to get to the start line. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stay in a great location.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Also the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was crazy how comfortable it was. The room was huge too. Even had a freezer and dishwasher!!! The staff was absolutely amazing, including the parking garage valets. Location was amazing. Literally walking distance to everything. Worth every penny.

I liked everything. Zero complaints. Didn't get to try breakfast because I kept sleeping in though.

The fact tht at the bottom of the tub there is nothing to prevent you slipping in the tub. Without all the hand rail in the tub area. I would have most likely fallen out of the tub due to being slippery.

I like the affordability and size of the room.

The evening desk Clerk was a little short with me. But the morning desk Clerk was wonderful. Also the room had a strange smell, not bad but not great. I little air freshener fixed the issue.

The location is ideal being downtown. Th hotel had everything you could need.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we got to the room there was only 1 bed and it seemed like it was queen sized, not a King. That was not expected.
