The cleanliness, the comfortable beds, and the ease of entry into the hotel and our rooms.

The options for breakfast. There were a lot of options for Bagels, but I don't eat a lot of bread. The elevator inspection may be expired if I read that correctly.

Friendly staff, close to everything

Cleanliness of the room was average and not very nice for the price paid…what has already been recently renovated in the room was very cheaply done, no fan in the bathroom, top of countertops were sticky, garbage left under the pull out couch and in the cabinets

Price jacked up due to UGA graduation. No cups in the room. Breakfast was bagels and yogurt only. Really didn't expect much more for a continental breakfast. Over all good stay.

Plug-in/outlet situation was disappointing!! Bathroom outlet did not work at all,had a short in it, NO USB ports, no outlet on right side of bed & had to move the mattress & bed to get to the plug,but had to disconnect the lamp and clock to use it. Hot water runs cold beware!! NO FRESH FRUIT at breakfast, VERY disappointed in the breakfast 😭 pictures are VERY misleading, just hate that hotels are continuing to leave up old pictures of what their breakfast once was !! Please do better! This could be an amazing experience, those eggs.....what is that??

Very spacious room.

We had no water when we woke up. A water main busted and the whole hotel was without water. That couldn’t be helped though so not holding it against the hotel.

Old and outdated. The floors needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Wasn't what was pictured on the website.

The location was excellent for my travel. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance of hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, very clean and pleasantly welcoming. I truly enjoyed my staff.

I enjoyed everything, therefore its nothing I didn't like.

The overall room was very nice. There were two queen size beds, a pseudo living room with a sofa and table; the "kitchen area" included a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and a small microwave. I thought the price for the room was in line with the overall room.

We experienced a few mishaps, the room wasn't stocked with wash clothes and it took two phone calls and approximately 15-20 minutes before we received them. The shower head was sitting on the back of the toilet bowl, no big deal, we screwed it back on, but led me to wonder why something as large as that was missed by the staff when prepping the room. There was much dust and a candy wrapper in the corner of the bed near the headboard, which let me to believe they only vacuum the main areas.

The staff was so very welcoming and was always so helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was so good. Thank you for a peaceful stay
