Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very very clean it’s the cleanest hotel ever. The beds were very comfortable, floors were very clean the restroom was amazingly clean. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10 I would stay here again. Thank you Holiday Inn in Commerce,ga for excellent hospitality. One more thing I like the note that had the person that cleaned our room. Thank you Desiree for an amazing job on the room cleaning.

I have nothing bad to say at all everything was perfect.

Her name is complicated but I'll call her Q. Upon reception I learned the staff was working furiously to get rooms ready for new guest after some late checkouts. While I do understand this can be frustrating, especially after a long drive, it didn't bother me at all. These things happen and Q was working hard to fix it. All the while, she is being berated by a man who said" this is a scheduling problem and unacceptable". Well grab an application sir, they need help here too! Q handled it very professionally, killing them with kindness, a masterclass in customer service Q. Additionally, the staff as a whole was spot on all weekend long. Tons of restaurants and shopping in walking distance and a short drive to Athens. See yall soon!

Rude customers belittling the staff was my only issue, but nothing the hotel did wrong.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very cheerful and attentive. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained.

Bookin.com card on file would not go through and delayed my checkin process. When the front desk called it was a difficult process. They advocated for me at the hotel but having already charged me in advance I should have been able to check in faster. Booking.com should figure this out or booking through site not advantageous.

not enough handicap parking spaces that are van accessible near the hotel entrances.
