Location was great ... walking distance to main area of shops, restaurants, etc. You got to do the Mountain Coaster. Many hiking trails within 25 minutes driving.

First off, the location was perfect! Right on the water and short walk to downtown. We arrived earlier than we thought just to perfect traffic in Atlanta! No joke!! Well, Hannah was able to check us in early! When my travel buddy and I opened the door to our room , we were greeted to unexpected up grade! We were amazed and delighted to the extra space! The breakfast was so good also. I loved the extra touches for each area. Sitting by the water and chatting away was how we ended each night! The only thing I would say was negative would be the lights in the main room. It felt like just a small light over sink would have been great, and a coffee table or extra side table. Thank you again, Hannah! Us 2 travel buddies enjoyed our stay!

The view of the river and the balcony were great. The staff was personable and helpful. The pool was nice. We loved the way you landscaped and made it so pleasant to sit by the river Also loved the Roman shades on the windows. Much better than curtains. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were great and the linens were good. Being so close to Main Street and all of the restaurants and shops was great.

The only complaint I have is that things looked worn and stained. The rug in the hallway and chairs in the dining room are two examples of this..

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything in Helen. The breakfasts are very good and varied. The place is quiet and safe.

The bathroom was not completely clean, it had hair from other tenants, the shower door did not close, it was made of glass and it slid and did not close. They should improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

We had a separate suite with a hide-a-bed for another family member. The breakfast was very good with long hours to get your breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful in locating specific restaurants that may be of interest to us. Our family members enjoyed the oversized Jacuzzi tub in the huge bathroom. It was relaxing after an evening of walking all over Helen, Georgia.

The sheets on the king bed and hide-a-bed were not as comfortable as we would have liked but was OK. Also, there should have been more pictures/ paintings on the walls in the rooms. There were many big open spaces that didn't make it feel as "welcoming". There was a spotlight onto the area above the fireplace but it was only a blank wall (no painting & no mantel), but it was very nice to have a fireplace for the cold weather. Another wall that was totally blank was the wall above the kitchen table (maybe even a small mountain mural over either would have made me say that I would definitely want to stay in that room again to match the ambience of the German town).

The service was excellent, the reception was very good, Hanna is super polite and helpful, we loved her, the breakfast was excellent, the room very clean, helpful staff, we will return without a doubt.

We thought there should be more bath towels in the rooms, because the room was for four people and only had three bath towels, but nothing that cannot be solved quickly.

We loved the hotel! It was close to everything and the river in the back was very beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

The smoking section is right off the elevator so in the mornings when housekeeping is taking a smoke break, you get bombarded by a big cloud of cigarette smoke. Bed was a little hard.

The location was excellent. We could walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. The peaceful atmosphere was wonderful. Breakfast varied daily. Great trip.

The room was a little dusty. There was hair on the pillowcases when we checked in. I received a text from Ryan to welcome us and ask if we needed anything. I asked for fresh pillowcases and he brought them right up.

The location was perfect and centrally located in the heart of Helen and it is close to getting to the surrounding areas. Food in every direction across the street! The property was clean and well-appointed. The amenities are complete for a great spacious room. The staff was not very friendly and responsive, but I understand that it was okay (maybe he was tired or stressed over something - we all go through a lot at times).

The location was awesome. You could walk to all main areas in Helen. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The coffee and cookies during the day (all the time) were a hit with both adults and kids!

The price is bit high for the hotel's decor. It is a clean hotel, but the furniture and decor are outdated. The hotel needs a bit of remodeling to spruce it up. It ran a fairly high price for "looking" so old. The pool was also not very clean.
