The sofa bed in the room wasn't in good shape

The woman who checked me in was amazing. She was so kind and professional and even upgraded to accommodate my Aunt who last min wanted to tag along. I asked for a rollaway bed but she instead upgraded me to a suite. The room was clean and spacious. My Aunt is a very early riser so having a suite was great so when she awoke at 4am my much needed sleep wasn’t interrupted. The hotels esthetics were inviting, modern and most importantly clean and comfortable. I needed extra wash clothes and the same person who checked us in was at my door with them in 2 minutes. The pool and workout room looked very inviting. I only wish we could have stayed longer to use them. This trip was just a get out of town for a night for some self care and also turned out to be an escape from the chaos of what Helene left in my little town in upstate SC. I will definitely be back.

That I couldn’t stay another day to just relax. Helen GA is nice but really only a day trip since its only 2 hrs from home. But if I need another night to escape from my reality it’ll be at this location.

Needs updating. Breakfast food was not good.

I have always said that the person at the front of any business is the face of the business. Madison at the front desk was exceptional and definitely set the tone for a great experience. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and Madison nailed it. Everyone was friendly and accommodating which is a definite reflection on a great management team. My compliments to the entire staff for making our stay special in Helen Georgia . Rick and Mary Miller from Florida.

The room was clean and nice. The pool was clean,breakfast was good.

No seating or lounging by the pool. Wifi was out so there was that. And real bacon on the breakfast bar would have been great, maybe biscuits and gravy too!

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly at every time we encountered them. The room we got was fantastic and well laid out. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower worked well. Just an excellent stay. The King Suite we stayed in was outstanding. Had no significant problems. Very comfortable. Also: The breakfast was good. A lot of variety. Hot and cold breakfast options.

Perhaps the only complaint I really had was that I could not get the TV to link to my tablets, phones, or my Roku stick. The instructions on the TV were useless and I don't even think that tv.marriott.com is a valid link. It just straight up didn't work. The only other complaint was extremely minor. While I understand that covid restrictions are keeping the staff from cleaning the rooms, I think it would be helpful to provide a somewhat larger trash can in lieu of this. Would just make things a little easier on both staff and guests.

Loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and quiet area. Nobody disturb us with noise or anything.

I think the room had bed bugs. There were little blood spots on the sheets. But when told them they did come and check and change the sheets

There was just one day where the toilet decided it didn’t want to flush, I don’t know if the storm that night had to do with anything but it wasn’t too bad of a problem since all we had to do was fill the tank with water

Our room was close to the breakfast area and some noise in the morning but not the end of the world Pillows where really soft not a fan
