The check -in was quick, staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was ok and the rooms were clean.

The bed was not comfortable at all. There was a dip in the center of the bed.

The staff was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and several people were enjoying it. The kids enjoyed the workout room. Parking spaces are easy to find

There was no hot coffee upon check-in, which the ad states is available. The spa water was not very hot and the water was dirty and gray the desk clerk stated a lot of people had been it. When I changed my clothes, I found a candy wrapper, other trash, and grass in my bathing suit.The breakfast bar: the eggs and the biscuits were cold.

My friend and I loved the hot breakfast and the selection of other breakfast items. The cheese sticks were perfect with the fruit. When we arrived it was my friend's birthday and the nice elderly female employee brought her a muffin with a candle and sang happy birthday to her! That little gesture made her day! Our room in the second floor was perfect! We had a view of the park across the street and at night, we could see the blue Christmas 🎄 tree!

The pool was not in use. Repairs were being made. The smell of chlorine was so overpowering you could smell it all over the first floor. No wonder the doors were open to it. I would like to see 4 of the little coffee packets in the room. We get up at 5:00;am and there was only 2.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, location close to everything in Helen. The staff were super friendly. Only downsides, we were there 4 nights, never received housekeeping, had to take out our own trash, put used towels in the hallway. Other guests were doing to same, towels and trash bags in the hallway. Towels in the swimming pool were never there, had to go and ask front desk. The only ice machine that worked was on the first floor. Breakfast was good, but it was the exact same each morning.

Breakfast was great! And the pool and hot tub felt nice each evening after walking around town. Staff was polite and courteous and the rooms were clean and smelled as if they clean with bleach. Bleach kills germs and it wasn’t an over powering smell smelled nice and clean!

The pool needs some updating and staff said that is planned for the future but it was nice and clean as well as the hot tub.

I liked the location, the staff was very helpful, and the bed was comfortable . Pull out couch was also comfortable.

Thin walls, the sheets on the pull out sofa had not been changed. Medicine in sofa. No conditioner in the shower. Living room had crumbs on the floor. They were busy so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Breakfast food could have been hotter also.ĺ

Erica was really quick and helpful during checkin. We reserved an accessible room and got a nice king room with an excellent ADA bathroom. We loved the great shower head that rotated. The lighting was good and the bed was very comfortable

It would have been nice if there was a shelf in the bathroom to hold the towels, the countertop was not large enough to hold them. Also, it would be nice if the lamps had built in chargers for phones.

We came on a spontaneous road trip. I loved how close it was to everything. Kept us from paying the $10 parking fee for downtown. The outside was clean and inviting. The lobby was decorated very nicely. There is plenty of parking, too, thank goodness. The breakfast was decent and the worker was very friendly.

There were some finishes that I expected better. There were lights blinking over the sink, the sink was cracked, the tub had cracks, there was a piece of the trim was broken off. It was nothing that impeded our stay, but for the cost, these are things that I would have not expected needed attention.

The location

The room has a lot of damage done by previous renters. Mold around the vent in the bedroom, scuff marks on the walls, holes in the curtains, the couch is stained and looks run down we didn’t even use that part of the room. The shower floor feels like you are going to fall thru also looks like it was painted to hide something. The door to the room does not shut all the way unless it’s locked while in the room then if you leave it’s difficult to lock. Stains on the ceiling. The wi-fi is terrible. I am over all unsatisfied with the room. The lobby was busy so the staff were rushed and not friendly. The 5star rating is a lie.

The bed was wonderful! The location was good.

No hot tub. The pool wasn't truly heated. Our room was on the first floor where maintenance access was. We were awoken by the maintenance door flinging open and hitting our wall, then a lovely big pallet being thrown right by our window.
