Breakfast was exceptional. Location was great. Cost was a little high, but the hotel met my expectations. Next visit to Helen, Ga., we will probably try to book there and try out a few of the amenities. This was a quick short get away trip for us.

Had a little issue with loud guest in another room. She was drunk and talking with someone...I imagine via phone. It was a little vulgar. It was around 1:30 AM and even though she woke my wife and me up, her rant was probably 30 minutes and it was quiet after that. Did not complain to management.

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing. They are so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in one of the bungalows. I like how it is within walking distance to the hotel but you still have your own personal space.

The roads wind around and there aren’t many lights so you definitely have to go slow. About the bungalow, I couldn’t believe that there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave. They have a refrigerator that already has beverages for purchase in it. We had to move them out of the way in order to put our snacks and drinks that we had brought from home. I didn’t have a way to warm my leftovers from the restaurant we went to. There was some hair in the shower and a crayon under the table upon arrival. I sprayed everything with disinfectant and cleaned out the shower.

The staff at the facility was fantastic and super nice, making our stay memorable. Furthermore, the baby moon package needed to be booked 48 hours in advance and I didn't make the hotel reservation until about 20 hours before our arrival. I submitted a request to see if it was possible to do the baby moon package and they called me first thing the next morning and they made it happen. Super easy check-in and check-out. Great food and all around friendly team. We enjoyed our time there and it was super easy to get down to downtown Helen and walk around. The fitness facility is a little small, but has all of the equipment that you need. Also has an infrared sauna, which was super easy to use. Spa was also lovely, super friendly staff, and all inclusive of tips, which is nice not to worry about upon paying / checking out.

Love the view from the balcony, Room was great, Bed was comfortable, Shower was great, Parking was next to my room, Everything I ordered was in the room, it was very quiet, It was three miles from Helen GA, The trees and colors were awesome. The spa was awesome, and I highly recommend it. Men it was my first time if you have never tried a couple's massage and steam room and rain forest you really don't know what you are missing it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would have been nice to have a shower and tube. The carpet needs to be re-stretched, I am older, and it was hard for me to walk on without tripping. There was not an ice bucket nor was there any ice. I did not ask for one had I asked I'm sure they would have made arraignments.

The property is beautiful although sadly we didn’t spend much time there at all as we came one night to attend Oktoberfest so it was literally a place to sleep. However, the service was impeccable and all the staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. We each got a mimosa at check in - nice touch. This is the kind of place where you can come to be pampered and spoiled. It is about a mile from downtown and not really walkable (unless you’re up for a hike). There is only valet for parking, so we opted to drive to town vs waiting on an Uber (which were scarce - there is a local driver available as well), and just parked downtown for $10, but if you’re planning on tearing up the town, prob best to valet and Uber. Overall, great hotel, facilities are beautiful but not the type of place you’d want to drop almost $500/night on if you’re just going to be downtown. :)

A bit far from downtown and availability of Ubers not very quick. Valet parking is a bit of a pain if you’re going to be in and out.

The staff were attentive, courteous and paid special attention to customer service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food and drinks at the restaurants were delicious!

The fireplace in our first room was not working and we were moved next door which was fine. The housekeeping staff did not pick up our champagne glasses when the tidied our room, nor provide clean wine glasses and did not refill the body wash dispenser. They don't offer streaming service to connect to movies or better programming.

Absolutely clean, and “new/modern” feeling. The staff even pulled off rose petals on the bed for the wife’s birthday trip, before we arrived as a request! The chef came to personally check on his dishes…if you stay at or near Helen GA, you’d be silly to choose anywhere else (assuming you have standards lol). PERFECT!

Sometihing small we laughed about more than anything…..is the staff (including Mike the Manager) would enter the elevators before letting us out first. Perhaps it’s a mountain etiquette thing lol. Don’t let this sway your decision in any way in staying here….just something we laughed so hard at, after Manager even did it to us. :)

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. We also appreciated the complimentary valet parking.

Location was amazing with great views and beautiful sunrises. Staff was very friendly and helpful daily. My family stayed in a private bungalow, and it was Amazing and quite relaxing. Perfect amount of space, room service was phenomenal and again, the staff was awesome!! And the Spa services were exceptional. Highly recommend the hot stone massage!!!

Only thing I did not like was the age limit for the hotel access/ hotel amenities (no one under 14 yrs old). But I was thankful to have the bungalow option, so at the end of the day we were still pleased with our stay!!

ALL MEALS were beyond expectation and the service was exceptional. We REALLY ENJOYED Saturday night at the pool. A special evening for us as we enjoyed the food and drinks. Michael did a great job entertaining us and the FIREWORKS were a surprise ending to a wonderful evening. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

TV was very hard to work. I had 2 remotes and i could never figure out which one did what. I called for help and the first guy could not do it and he called a second man and we finally got it going.
