Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. The location is convenient and made it easy to explore the area. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly supportive and friendly. She went above and beyond by recommending a great list of local restaurants for both lunch and dinner, including some well-known spots worth visiting. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was an exceptional value! Based on the price I wasn’t expecting much, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection (again I didn’t expect much) but there were cereals, yogurts, fruits, a variety or beverages, and even a selection of danishes. This hotel was much nicer than the price indicated it would be, I’d highly recommend!

The only downside to this hotel is it is on the outskirts of town. It was about a mile walk into Helen’s city center, but that was a good excuse to look at Christmas lights. Because parking is so limited in town we chose to walk everywhere, and it was a little further than would have been ideal.

This facility was so nice and Levi at the front desk is absolutely amazing and the house keeper I didn't get his name but he was so so amazing overall this was one of the best places I've stayed. Very comfortable and clean beds and room we even took a black light in to check the room out and it was spotless not a single this. If you want a nice place to stay I recommend this place

Nothing at all it meet and exceeded our expectations

The lady who worked there was helpful, telling us where to go shopping and where to eat. The bed was big and comfortable.

The TV did not work well. There were not enough outlets to charge our phones close to the bed since the alarm on it wakes us up. We had to plug them in near the dresser where the TV was. Also, one of the keys did not work —the blue key did not work, but the green one did.

It is walking distance to EVERYTHING.. the toilet, towels and a few pieces of the furniture were brand new which it got by surprise. You can tell the building is not that new but it was a really clean. Mona was really helpful during the breakfast time making a few suggestions on which places to visit. Thanks Mona!

I didn’t see any Segurity guards. And after 8 pm I needed an extra blanket but the reception was closed.

The beds are very comfortable!! Room was very clean! We had a balcony which was very nice. Staff very professional and friendly!! We will definitely come back. Location good, but a little far to walk to main area but we really enjoyed our stay!! 🤩

Put a shade on balcony door room a little too light at night/ bed time.

Location great, Breakfast a little skimp. Room nice size. Shower was great with good hot water.

It was a handicap room, and the 2 beds were on a platform, which made them pretty high. Very difficult for 2 handicap ladies to get into. Actually anyone on the short side would have that trouble. Once in bed though, they were super comfortable, and the pillows were excellent.

Extremely convenient to everything, free grab and go breakfast items. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, it is a bit older but they take great care of it and great value. 3rd time staying here.

Had a noisy neighbor one night but NOT the hotels fault. Just kids being kids. Every other time Ive stayed here it’s super quiet.

We loved the area of the motel. The check in was easy . Our room was 116 right beside the office and we were pleased with this. The room was very nice . It was clean , bedspreads had a few stains on them but we could tell they had been washed. It had a coffee maker, hair dryer , refrigerator and big tv. It was quite and peaceful and we went during Octoberfest 2023. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking was limited for handicapp but we can’t complain because our handicapp parking was at our motel room.

Location and cleanliness. Raj, the owner is fantastic, knows the local area well and made great recommendations for local fare. This location is perfect for walking to all areas in Helen, nothing more than a mile away. Be smart, park your car and walk. Raj has been remodeling and everything looks great. The rooms are super clean, especially the bathrooms. Very important for weary travelers. do not have enough room here to say all the good things about this place and the hotel.

Nothing bad to say about the place. All was excellent and no issues.
