The staff was excellent. Especially Sunni the morning manager. She was very helpful and courteous. It was clean.

Unfortunately, you can't move the motel, but road noise was terrible. A lot of loud vehicles. The door to my room did not fit the frame and had large gaps around it. Someone could break in very easily. The hot water was terrible. It barely got too lukewarm every night. I complained 3 times and got 3 different responses. 1, it should be hot. 2. that's not my job. 3. I'll check on it, with no follow up.

The staff was the best anywhere, friendly and willing to help with anything that made the stay great! The breakfast was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. The noise level was great. Pool was great.

The coffee pot in the room. Coffee was also in the breakfast area so it wasn't terrible. There could have been a little bit better or thicker covers on the bed, but it is a preference issue. There is not a whole lot I can say bad.

I liked that there were curtains that blocked the light from outside as most facilities use LED lights in the parking area. The last place I stayed at had no curtains to keep the light from outside coming in. The last place I stayed I was on the first floor & I had a pool shed with LED on it right outside my window as I am light sleeper it kept me up all night. Baymont was so much better as I was able to get a decent night's sleep.

The door to the room was not completely flush allowing light from the hallway to come in while trying to sleep.

Convenience, cleanliness and friendly staff! The check in and check out procedure was very good!

We were in room 203 and one of the beds made a popping sound when you moved! Refrigerator in room had to be replaced the door wouldn’t stay closed! The furnace/a/c was difficult to operate. The buttons would not work correctly! Not enough items on the breakfast menu.

The location was close to the expressway and easy to access. We stayed here as a relocation from another hotel, so not intentional, but the staff was great in helping us get settled with what we needed. They did not have a room with 2 beds, which is what we needed, but called and let us know that before checking in. Due to tight bookings in the area, we had to accept the room with one bed. When we arrived, the staff provided a roll-away bed to help us out. All was appreciated.

The staff here at the baymont in cornelia, are absolutely wonderful. The room was nice and neat. The front lobby had a good selection of breakfast. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially for the price.

Nothing this was a wonderful stay

Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast could have been better and served every day. A little variety in the meat selection on Saturday and Sunday would have been nice.

I felt the breakfast wasn't worth the advertisement. However the coffee was fresh. The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful

I did notice that the hallways and stairs to the pool looked like they needed a good vacuuming

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close to stores and food. The room and bathroom were clean and a nice size.

Not a dislike really, but could use some updates in areas; i.e., microwave defiantly is dated and the tub floor felt a little creaky/unsteady, but both still usable and didn't disrupt the stay.

This.was our second stay and really for the price and comfort we thought it was worth it. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We love how the location was around all the stores. We would stay again.
