It was a nice place to stay at a really good rate. We had no problems with anything. It was clean and comfortable. Also, the water park was right across the street. It was closed in Oct, but it was right there. There is a beautiful stream that is a short walk, as well.

We would've liked to have been closer to the main strip in Helen, but parking in town isn't expensive. You can park there all day until midnight for $10 and even get in your vehicle to go somewhere else, and come back to the parking lot while use the same parking receipt.

Our room was close to the pool, which was prime location for us. The only issue I had was there was a really smelly trash can between our room and the pool. Walking by it made my stomach churn.

How clean the room was. nice and quiet Staff very nice. Cost very good. Would stay here again.

Nothing to dislike

The room was super clean, and the location was right next to a helen water park!

The beds made the room feel small, but other than that amazing.

The hotel exceed our expectations by been very clean, quiet and across from the water park. We enjoy our stay in Helen, a wonderful destination for our honeymoon, and this hotel was exactly what we want. Pet friendly, free parking, short work to downtown Helen and to the some Tubing Rides. All the people working for the hotel are very friendly & helpfully when you ask for anything.

It was a breakfast provided & included in the price of the stay, from 7am-9am, but it was very simple. The best description would be that is was vegetarian & dairy & all sweeties not for people who need to watch their sugar intake: cereals, fruit yogurts, waffle maker, Coffee & Tea, toaster, bread (very sweet). But overall was plentiful and a good start of the day.

Location was good, quiet. The rooms were big! Clean. Staff nice. We were right behind the water park and we could walk down to the helen (pink raft company) ending point were you get out of the river. So if you are going tubing this is a short walk. Food option all right there too. This location is not in the tourest heart of cute Helen... it is a 3/5 min drive away. This is the river edge location. My only complaint was the breakfast. No eggs, no meats, no fresh fruit. Just a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal packets, danishes and fruit cups in syrup. I specifically looked for hotels with breakfast included and still had to go find breakfast. But still nice choice if you are good with morning snacks.
