The location of the property is great. We were able to walk to all of the places in Helen that we wanted to visit. When we arrived, Liam greeted us. He was extremely kind and informative.

Clean, walkable to everything in town, quiet and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was wonderful!!

The rooms didn’t get as cool as I typically like but otherwise it was clean.

Room 306 has no blackout curtains. So, the outside illumination makes it challenging to fall asleep at night

Room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking to Helen, Ga downtown. (Only ten minute walk) Multiple restaurants within easy walking distance, with several of them literally next door. Very convenient! Riverside picnic benches and viewing spots are directly behind hotel. Great place to relax at! Breakfast provided along with your hotel stay, a great place to grab a quick snack before going into town or take along on your hike into nature. Our in-room hot tub was spotless, having just been scrubbed and sanitized immediately before our check in. Late check out is an option, as long as your room is not reserved for another guest after your stay. Parking felt safe and secure, and is included free of charge. (No additional surcharge) Balcony provided a nice view of the river and mountains.

No soda or snack machines at all, which forces you to buy from their front-desk store at an inflated price. (For example, $3 for a bottle of water) Store missing some essential items outside of the basics like snacks and general headache medicine. Our room had some odd electrical issues. Some wall plugs were completely dead, or shorting out over and over, and the side table plug ports were somehow too large for anything to be plugged in. (Device plugs would just slide right out) Odd location for bathroom window. Large bay window right above the hot tub. However, it is far too high to see through when in the tub... And the window blinds don't close perfectly. So, people in the bedroom area can still sorta see into the bathroom while someone is on the toilet.

This is the place to stay while in Helen, GA! It was clean, facility was beautiful, staff was excellent, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond to serve visitors. Breakfast was fantastic! Everything is within walking distance. We walked almost 4 miles every day!!!! BONUS....Candy shop right next door!!! We will return soon!

Nothing! Everything was perfect. Our room was always stocked with everything we needed! Staff was always prompt in cleaning our room for a great nights rest!

The hotel is convenient as it is on the Main Street. Several stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel lobby and amenity areas were clean. Although we didn’t use it, the gym had a great assortment of cardio and weight equipment. The room was a great size and had everything we needed. There was a decent selection at breakfast and the cinnamon rolls were so good!

The shower was a little dated and had a bit of mold- not bad, but it did have some. The rest of the bathroom was fine.

Breakfast was good and the extended hours were appreciated so that you did not have to rush.

Cost was higher than expected for a 3 star.

The room was very clean..still smelled like bleach when we got there.

When we got there, it was about just a few minutes before time to check in according to Booking.com (3 pm). The lady at the front desk told us that the room was not ready and to come back at 4 pm because check in time had changed. When we got back, it still was not ready. She said she would call us. By this time we were tired from our trip there and my disabled husband was really ready to lie down and rest. She did not ever call and it was nearly ANOTHER HOUR. We decided to go back to the hotel and see what was up. It was finally ready for us…the lady made a remark that she was glad it was ready because she could tell I was getting very frustrated. It was just a lot to deal with after traveling several hours.

This hotel’s location is unbeatable we walked to downtown and back several times during our short stay. Saved ourselves downtown parking fees. The room was a good size, clean and provided enough supplies for all four of us. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly. It’s surrounded by lots of businesses and places to eat.

I think it’s a little overpriced and our bathtub got invaded by ants. The front desk did send the exterminator to deal with the problem right away.
