Absolutely loved the property...it was on an elevation that made it seem more private and exclusive than other properties. The view from the hotel was amazing. Nothing, however, matched the friendliness and generosity of the service at the front desk. They were incredibly down-home helpful and so nice that we felt like we were with longtime friends. Me and my wife would go back to Ellijay just so we could stay at the hotel again. Thank you for making us feel welcomed...thank you Best Western for providing us with the best.

The location, I felt like it was the center hub for activities. They have an in door pool that’s nice for children and adults. They are walking distance to a lot of other businesses.

We were on the bottom floor. The room above us (probably) had children that liked to run around. It did happen a lot thankfully. There was a latter propped outside the window. I didn’t care for that, I didn’t ask for it to be moved.

The room was clean, the cleaning staff did not speak when spoken too. Breakfast had runny watery scrambled eggs but was otherwise ok. There were never any clean towels in the swimming area, we had to go to the front desk for them. I stay here occasionally and have never had any concerns or problems and I will stay here again.

Like i said above, it is a clean place to stay and close to anything I might need while there. I will stay again.

Property is in a great location. The pool was good too.

I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. And the biggest issue was there was no cable. The only stations were news stations. And with a 5 year old that made things miserable. I would suggest at least upgrading to smart tvs so that guests can connect to their own streaming services. And for the $450 I paid for 2 nights I thought was a bit crazy.

This hotel was in a great location! There were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean and smelled great. It was also affordable compared to other hotels I looked at. Nice staff as well.

The description said it was a new property, but it is definitely on the older side. There were small nicks and cosmetic things that made it known to be older.

Nice lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice to have hot breakfast included. We accidentally left a small bag behind at checkout. The front desk lady called us so that we could come back to get it -- very thoughtful of her!

Carpet in 2nd floor hall needs deep cleaning or replacement. It would have been a little less expensive to book directly with the hotel rather than through online service.

I stay at this comfort inn & suites because it is comfortable, easy to access, close to everything, the staff is helpful and quick to take care of my needs.

The mattress felt like it had a dip on one side.

The pool for my kids, the workout room. Elevators. Everything was clean. The housekeeping ladies were exceptional. We we able to check in an hour earlier than expected. The location is wonderful. Walmart is right across the street. Plenty of fast food and restaurant options close by.

I wish breakfast was served until check out time like at other places I've stayed

This is the second time we’ve stayed here while visiting the apple orchards nearby. It’s a new property and it’s clean, comfortable, and a good value. The front desk staff were really nice.

The breakfast area gets a little crowded, but we went 10 minutes before closing. Not really their fault.

Not my kind of breakfast. We only ate breakfast one time. The coffee where the flavored water was located was not hot. It was a machine, but coffee came out lukewarm. Glad there was coffee set in carafes set up in the breakfast area.
