Absolutely loved the property...it was on an elevation that made it seem more private and exclusive than other properties. The view from the hotel was amazing. Nothing, however, matched the friendliness and generosity of the service at the front desk. They were incredibly down-home helpful and so nice that we felt like we were with longtime friends. Me and my wife would go back to Ellijay just so we could stay at the hotel again. Thank you for making us feel welcomed...thank you Best Western for providing us with the best.

The room was clean, the cleaning staff did not speak when spoken too. Breakfast had runny watery scrambled eggs but was otherwise ok. There were never any clean towels in the swimming area, we had to go to the front desk for them. I stay here occasionally and have never had any concerns or problems and I will stay here again.

Like i said above, it is a clean place to stay and close to anything I might need while there. I will stay again.

Nice lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice to have hot breakfast included. We accidentally left a small bag behind at checkout. The front desk lady called us so that we could come back to get it -- very thoughtful of her!

Carpet in 2nd floor hall needs deep cleaning or replacement. It would have been a little less expensive to book directly with the hotel rather than through online service.

I stay at this comfort inn & suites because it is comfortable, easy to access, close to everything, the staff is helpful and quick to take care of my needs.

The mattress felt like it had a dip on one side.

The pool for my kids, the workout room. Elevators. Everything was clean. The housekeeping ladies were exceptional. We we able to check in an hour earlier than expected. The location is wonderful. Walmart is right across the street. Plenty of fast food and restaurant options close by.

I wish breakfast was served until check out time like at other places I've stayed

The yogurt and coffee in the breakfast area.

Not my kind of breakfast. We only ate breakfast one time. The coffee where the flavored water was located was not hot. It was a machine, but coffee came out lukewarm. Glad there was coffee set in carafes set up in the breakfast area.

The cleanliness, friendly staff. We have stayed I’m at comfort inn before. Remember my stay was changed to July 3rd and left the 4 th. Hope the night rate was fixed.

Communication between comfort in and booking.com not great. Had to contact both to get things changed, not sure if price was changed.

The indoor pool is always a hit with the kiddos! The free breakfast is always a lovely plus!

I honestly don’t have a single complaint the only thing I think that would be nice if they added it would be a grill outside of the pool area but even without it it’s been a perfect get away!

We LOVED the breakfast! Mmmm! And the ladies working the breakfast area the past few mornings were so nice and helpful. I think one of the ladies names was carol or Caroline, she was very wonderful. I appreciate the hospitality and we'll definitely be coming again one day soon.

When we checked in; the bathtub had a tiny bit of hairs in it. But other then that, everything was great!

Rooms are clean and the hotel is in a central location.

If you do not book directly with the hotel, they take a card for incidentals. I was charged twice for the room. Once on booking.com and on my credit card which was only supposed to be for incidentals.
