Absolutely loved the property...it was on an elevation that made it seem more private and exclusive than other properties. The view from the hotel was amazing. Nothing, however, matched the friendliness and generosity of the service at the front desk. They were incredibly down-home helpful and so nice that we felt like we were with longtime friends. Me and my wife would go back to Ellijay just so we could stay at the hotel again. Thank you for making us feel welcomed...thank you Best Western for providing us with the best.

Nice lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice to have hot breakfast included. We accidentally left a small bag behind at checkout. The front desk lady called us so that we could come back to get it -- very thoughtful of her!

Carpet in 2nd floor hall needs deep cleaning or replacement. It would have been a little less expensive to book directly with the hotel rather than through online service.

The pool for my kids, the workout room. Elevators. Everything was clean. The housekeeping ladies were exceptional. We we able to check in an hour earlier than expected. The location is wonderful. Walmart is right across the street. Plenty of fast food and restaurant options close by.

I wish breakfast was served until check out time like at other places I've stayed

We LOVED the breakfast! Mmmm! And the ladies working the breakfast area the past few mornings were so nice and helpful. I think one of the ladies names was carol or Caroline, she was very wonderful. I appreciate the hospitality and we'll definitely be coming again one day soon.

When we checked in; the bathtub had a tiny bit of hairs in it. But other then that, everything was great!

Breakfast was average from my experiences. Staff was wonderful. Bed was comfortable.

People in adjacent room were up all night loudly talking. Could only sleep when the A/C was running and drowned them out. Basically neighbors inconsiderate and interior walls not insulated.

Great facility and staff. The breakfast was delicious and Carolyn and her staff are friendly and efficient. The bed could have been a little more comfy but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again..convenient to everything in the area.

This hotel was clean, inexpensive, and the breakfast was great. I had a waffle and a bagel and eggs and bacon. Didn't have a chance to experience the indoor heated pool. I had only a little interaction with staff but the little bit I had was pleasant. It is in a great location. I do not have a single complaint.

The water pressure in the bathtub could have been better, and I didn't see a hair dryer in our room but it wasn't a big deal to any of us.

We were here for two nights and staff was so kind, and helpful! Lobby is nice/clean when you walk in, and my room was cool (always a plus in the height of summer heat) and was very clean. Also smelled clean and not stuffy like hotel rooms can be sometimes.

Had trouble getting into the hotel with key card. Worked fine on room but not on outside door. Hotel was significantly more expensive than other comfort inns I have stayed in.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. My sister loved the pillows and slept great.
