I found this place based on the 8.2 rating on Booking.com and with a price I couldn't match, gave it a try. It is not a sparkling new hotel, but it is well maintained, clean, in a QUIET easy to get to location, close to restaruants, Cracker barrel just steps away. The room was very well serviced and clean. Although the AC was set to BRRRR! lol. Everything worked as it should, everything was clean as a whistle. The price was great, the wifi was fast and reliable and didnt block anything, the staff I dealt with were all super nice and friendly. A really nice experience all around.

The location was easy to get to and located near shops and restaurants. It's only a few minutes away from the downtown area of Canton. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The little interaction we had with staff was pleasant. I would stay there again.

No real negatives. Minor stupid moment on my part was mistakenly pulling into the Comfort Inn directly across the street since I got the names mixed up. We didn't try the breakfast so can't speak on how it was.

Nice hotel, would stay again and recommend this place. Breakfast was usual hotel fare, but was good and satisfying. Had issue with room key opening the fitness area, but staff let me in. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Water pressure in the shower was low. Sink pressure was fine though. Needed a tv channel listing for available channels. Needs a night light in bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, well kept, felt safe and no outside noise. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Enjoyed the area and extended our stay another night. Pool and workout area well kept and great breakfast. The late breakfast and 12:00 checkout was a nice surprise also.

The breakfast was really good! There was a variety of items offered, the hot food was still hot when served, the juice offerings were great, there was a choice of yogurts, . Also the pool provided great entertainment and relaxation

The location was perfect for our needs. Staff was great! Rooms were very clean. We felt very safe.

The exception was that the pillows were small and too soft. We had a king size bed which should come with king size pillows. Next time I will bring my own pillows. Beside that everything was great!

The location was great for us. The staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. The room was very spacious. I loved the indoor pool, equipped with fresh towels, next to the exercise room. The breakfast was okay and comparable to the breakfast st other hotels.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Pool was quiet and warm.

Floors in rooms were sticky (they were carpet). Broken tile in elevator that scratched my toes when coming back from the pool. Workout room has very little and the elliptical wasn’t the steadiest to get on.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The lady at the front desk was a little disrespectful when my son, who was with us, asked about the pool. She responded that the website says it is seasonal. He didn’t book, I did and there was no reason to be smart about it. Customer service could be a little better.

The conditioner container in the shower was empty. I washed my hair and needed it.
