Breakfast was good but same food all week. Different fruit or cereal would be nice. However, overall it was good. Housekeepers were great and room was always clean. Cleaner than other motels we've stayed and as clean as higher priced ones.

Price changed to lower fee after booked for 7 days so paid a lot more than others and more than price motel emailed me of $149 a night. A refund would have been nice but manager never got back to me after I asked if price could be reduced given email and senior. Microwave turntable didn't work. We relied on microwave to save food costs so that was disappointing and an added cost for week's stay having to eat out more than expected.

The staff was fabulous. Even tho Booking.com screwed up our reservations Theresa went out of her way to make us comfortable and arrange for our stay.

Really could use new carpet throughout. Was worn thru in the hallways. In the room it just looked tired. Also was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. It was definitely warm enough to use it.

Upgraded room by Bookings.com which was nice but I requested a handicapped bathroom and got acknowledgment they would accommodate. Didn't happen. Elevator was unbelievably slow (10 minutes slow). Night staff finally came to help, but didn't seem concerned. Morning staff acknowledged and called for repair. Stairs were not an option for my handicapped husband. Clean room, but couldn't shower.

didn't have breakfast by choice; slept in. Kitchen/breakfast area was clean, tidy and space was attractive. I like that a microwave was available even though I didn't have breakfast there and also a cooler with a variety of juice and water.

There wasn't anything I didn't like however the bathroom in the room I stayed this time could do with a refresher; the plug in the tub was broken so the water didn't drain while I took a shower. Brighter light bulbs would also do well especially for a young lady like me who spends hours in the mirror putting on makeup :)

Staff are friendly. It's quiet and clean. I especially like the door security of our room. As a woman, I feel safe and secure knowing the door has added security. The shower has a grab bar and that's appreciated by my mom as she is a senior. I like the small touches such as shampoo and moisturizer readily available in the bathroom.

Breakfast and location were fine

Shortly afer I arrived, it seems that there was an incident in a room across from mine. Some people were frantically tryin to get the occupant of that room to open the door. A cop showed up and would not tell me what was happening. Fortunately the receptionist told me that there was nothing I should worry about.

Our room was very clean and large and very nice. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant.

We went down to breakfast and the one food staff member didn’t even look at us. Usually the person will at least say “good morning”. She ate her breakfast at the only table in front of the television that could have seated about six people and watched her news channel in Spanish, without any regard or acknowledgment of the customers.  A bit later she was joined by 3 other staff members that ate at the table with her. This is our second time staying here because we liked it. Next time we’re going to stay at a different hotel.

The breakfast had plenty of variety. The location for us was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Plenty of amenities.

Unfortunately we had someone next door that played loud music during the night. The bathroom and tub were smaller than what we are used to.

I enjoyed the hot breakfast with the choices of other items. My food was very good. I would like a slightly bigger juice cup but I do understand why they are small. The location was nice. The hotel next to the parking lot seemed to be going through construction but it did not affect my stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a good experience here. The only thing I could say is to get bigger juice cups. I did get tired of refilling the cup so many times.

It was only 7 minutes from my cousins house and we decided last minute to get a hotel to visit her before heading back to Ohio so it was perfect! Also super clean. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pull out couch for my kiddos.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom light and the bathroom fan used the same switch. The fan was super loud and one of my kiddos is sensory sensitive so I had to give him the quickest bath before we left the next morning!
