Very nice and courteous staff. I was allowed to take my road bike to my room with me which is something I really appreciate! ☺️ you have, however, also the option to store it in the basement. The area is amazing for a road bike holiday as the Cevennes mountains are absolutely beautiful!

If you’re vegan, the breakfast has not much to offer. only baguette and jam. I bought some almond milk and the staff put it in the fridge for me so I could at least have some muesli for breakfast. However, I don’t think it’s normal in France to have vegan options for breakfast so this is not a big deal for me. Some more fruit and veggies would have been nice too.

The hotel was centrally located on a large plaza with restaurants and shops nearby. The train and bus station were within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage and also to check-in somewhat early. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was bountiful. This hotel far exceeded my expectations and was well worth the cost.

I liked everything

The room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even went and found an extension cable for us when we asked for one! The location was great too as it was just a coulple of minutes walk into the main bit of the town.

Instructions re car park late at night would have been useful. The gate was down and it wasn't clear how to get in at 3am after our flight had been delayed. No plugs next to the full length mirror, so my friend couldn't plug in her hair straighteners (hence the extension cable).

Location is perfect for both the town centre and the railway station. I was able to check in before the advertised time. Receptionist was welcoming and professional. Room was clean, well prepared and maintained before and during my stay.

The breakfast was awful, considering we're in France! The eggs didn't taste like eggs, the croissants were not fresh, ... shall I go on?

The price of the parking was higher through the hotel than the cost of the parking through the parking itself (9 euros per night through the hotel compared to 30 euros per 7 days through parking).

Breakfast was fine and not expensive. Room was comfortable. There was a electric kettle/ tea bags etc in the room which was fabulous. Nice lounge to relax in and good location.

it was hotter than expected and 33C all day. the air conditioning was not working so we opened the window that faces a busy boulevard. couldn’t sleet, too hot and too noisy
