Location is very good, close to all main attractions. The building itself is stunning and a landmark in the skyline. The views from the room to the lake was also awesome, although the windows were very dirty.

The main problem we had is that the room temperature was impossible to get below 25 degrees celsius. Sometimes we had 27 during night, which was uncomfortable (with AC to the max). The TV did not work for the first two days, although they offered a room-change (they did repair it). Staff does not speak English (some do at a bare minimum). Some things in the room are showing age.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large bathroom that included both a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a set of high-quality toiletry amenities and robes. I was fortunate to stay on the 65th floor, and the view was stunning. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a fresh fruit plate that included a dragon fruit, a large apple and pear, and a banana—a thoughtful touch. The exercise room was well equipped and more than sufficient for a solid workout. The hotel’s lunch and dinner buffet was reasonably priced and offered a wide variety of options, catering to many tastes. The location is also a major plus—just steps from the metro station, and right across the street are local eateries, a McDonald’s, and Paris Baguette. Additionally, the hotel is directly connected to a shopping center, which includes a Manner Coffee shop—perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon break. I also enjoyed the complimentary wine offered at the lounge after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel spans about 80 floors and uses two separate elevator systems—one for the common areas and another for the guest rooms—so you’ll need to transfer elevators to reach your room. It’s a minor inconvenience, but the only real hassle during an otherwise excellent stay.

The room is spacious and the location is excellent. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The central air conditioning system had been stopped while the outside temperature was above 25 C. Our room temperature ever went to 28 C. We had to get the staff to open the side windows and put a fan in our room.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay. It's near to the Xuan Wu lake and other famous landmarks. It is within walking distance to the subway station. The hotel staff are courteous and professional.

The morning breakfast coffee is not hot. Need to service the coffee making machine.

The room had fantastic natural light and a wonderful view of a nearby temple, the city wall, Xuanwu Lake, and surrounding hills. Everything in the room was comfortable, including a tub with instantly hot water at all times. The facilities are also excellent. This included a reception area with sweeping views of Nanjing, a large pool with generous opening hours, and a fitness center. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was also generous in allowing a late check-out.

A few items deserve attention. The windows look like they weren't cleaned during 3 years of covid 0 restrictions. The room was very warm. The cooling unit was off for the season and opening windows let in the bad Nanjing air. Intercon was also stingy with drinking water. Breakfast does not account for vegetarians.

The hotel is excellent, great central location and good access to transport and communication requirements the breakfast on level 45 is great although better English may make it easier to order some items. Coffee is crap, but standard fare for that area of China. The view is simply stunning, simply one of the best in China

English skills of the staff need to be improved. Breakfast area is too small comparing to the number of rooms and causes problems when the hotel is full.
