The man at the check in desk was super nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location was great as far as getting where I needed to go. There are a lot of restaurants nearby (probably a couple within walking distance but I didn't pay attention to that as I drove everywhere). It was in my price range. I was using the room as a place to crash in the evening (getting in late and leaving early) and it suited my needs perfectly.

This didn't bother me in the least but because the rooms are five foot from the parking lot you can hear every car starting the morning so it might be hard to sleep late.

Mostly everything including distance to the lake were incredible.

Only bad part was the people at the pool area that were partying and extremely loud and drinking like no tomorrow. Guy from front came out around 930 to run them off but most of them acted like they couldn't speak English and he had to literally yell at them to quite down or leave. And unfortunately pool was out of service at the time but can tell they were getting it cleaned.

Staff was real nice. Facilities were old time hotel but extremely comfortable with a lobby with comfy chairs, etc. Room was also dated but very home like in fit and function. We were very comfortable.

Only item I noticed was even though I loved the tile floors, when I spilled some water on them, and I wiped it up with the bath mat it was black. I don't worry about floors that much, (I'm not eating off them), the rest of the room was spotless, so I can give them a pass.

Nice, non-corporate, family owned motel located near-but not on - Lake Granbury. Standard 2 story, outside hallway motel with ample parking. Large swimming pool-party area is a major focal point. Rooms are fairly large size with sufficient furniture. Small TV with low illumination made it hard to watch TV, but we weren't there for that, so didn't matter much. Refrigerator and microwave worked well, but coffee machine was missing the little plastic tray needed to put the coffee pack into, so we had to make coffee the way you make a cup of tea. Otherwise, things were good. Breakfast was standard fare but adequate. The room rate was less than the nearby name brand motel/hotels and this one was easy to access and exit the busy roads nearby. We asked for and were granted a Late Checkout, which was very helpful. Our dog was with us and cost $15 more a day, but that's less than most other charge. I would use it again for business or vacation travel.

The rooms on the inside of the two wings, those facing the pool and courtyard, do not have easy access from the parking area. However, it is a short walk around to the poolside walkways, so not a show stopper.

It was nice and kr and quiet. I was there because I was working early morning shifts and I was able to get rest very simple breakfast in the morning and staff is very friendly.

Only thing when you’re overnight, they don’t clean up the rooms and you have to request for tilese

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I liked the step in shower very much because I am recovering from hip replacement surgery .

My room faced the highway that goes into downtown Granary, and the traffic was noisy all night long, probably because it was Friday night. I didn't sleep well because of the noise.

The front desk associate was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us good information about the town also. The bed was ok also.

There was nothing to hang clothes on. The sink water pressure wasn’t the best but it did work.

What a cute cozy older inn!!! My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding and wow what a surprise this lil gem was! Never judge a book by its cover the rest of the family stayed close in a poppular chain hotel and had the worst experience they all wished they followed us and stayed at Lake View Inn.

The hotel is great are air conditioner was not working and they put in a brand new unit in a couple of hours staff was friendly and rooms were clean we had a great stay

The location by the lake is beautiful. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy.

My tv didn't work, and breakfast during the week is nothing to be excited about. I found a little critter on the floor.
