I completely enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this particular location. Every single one of them were so helpful, above and beyond. THE BEST service I have ever had!!

The only bad thing was that I could not connect to the WiFi. When I asked about it, they let me know that it was due to the construction that was going on and they already had an order in for it to be fixed. They also offered me a reduction in the price of my room. So very sweet people, and very customer-oriented

Staff were so incredibly friendly, comfortable room, good selection for breakfast. 2nd time staying here and alway a good experience.

My only complaints are the noise. I had a back room, and the band at the bar next door played pretty late, like 11pm. Could als here the room next making noise while I was tring to sleep cause the door doesn't have a seal.

Friendly service. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Nice hottub and pool which we used several times. Nice breakfast.

Trash truck outside my windows at 4am. . The bed frame had some metal sticking out that you could easily hurt your ankles on. No rod in the closet to hang clothes.,which didn't matter for this time, but could .

I booked this hotel for my mom as a surprise for her 50th birthday. When she got there, they totally decked out her room with decorations. They bought her cupcakes, flowers, and even gave her a hand written birthday card. It was so thoughtful. I was not expecting them to do all of that! 10/10 customer service. My mom was blown away.

It was quick trip just 1 night over stay. I'd certainly stay at this hotel if stayed much longer.

So soft bed and sheets. Nicely decorated clean room. Easy check In/out.

The hot tub jets were out of order and I was unsure about the cleanliness of the pool water. I didn't swim . Not that big of a deal. The nice room was worth it. Major problem was no grab bar in the shower/tub. I would have to have a room that accommodated safety needs go return.

Location was great being close to my reason for going and close to good restaurants.

It was a little rundown and were doing some renovations. Very busy with a lot of guests and took quiet a bit of time waiting on one elevator. Overall it was satisfactory. Was a little noisy bc of loud music from next door business.

The room was spacious, very clean . Front desk was very helpful.

Once while riding the elevator up to 4th flr it made a loud popping sound. It startled my wife and I.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check out. I loved the toilet tree products. It was very clean. I will definitely come back with my family.

The staff was fabulous and went above and beyond from check in through breakfast the next day with all of their customers. Karin was terrific!
