The inn was charming and lovely. I can only imagine how absolutely stunning it must be in the spring, when the grass is green and the flowers are in full bloom.

The proximity of the rooms was slightly uncomfortable, as we could hear the comings and goings, as well as every sound from the neighboring rooms. While it wasn't necessarily the inn's fault, it might have been more about the lack of consideration from some of the other guests.

The historic building is immaculately maintained and the owner/operators are super sweet and attentive. Anytime we needed anything they were there for us. You couldn't ask for more in a Bed and Breakfast.

There was nothing that we did not like. There is a train track adjacent to the home and a train did transit in the evening but it was only once and did not really affect us.

Our host Julie was amazing! Our breakfast was delivered to our cottage after an amazing stay in beautiful Granbury. They even prepared a vegetarian quiche for my spouse.

No issues, if we had to be super nit picky: A/C filter needed to be changed (light was on), but room was still cool and comfortable, so light might have just come on when we got there, not sure.

Julie was an amazing host. Friendly, helpful and attentive. She was proud of the historical Inn and it showed. She was always available. We never saw her on a phone or looking at a watch-full attention on guests. Wow!

Should have stayed longer

The house was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Julie was super friendly and breakfast was delicious!

You could hear everything going on outside the room as the house is 120 years old, but would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. A comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, a yummy breakfast. Julie and Lenny were very hospitable hosts. We were able to walk into the town, going through an amazing park.

Just would like a bar of soap also in shower, not just gel.... .

The hosts were really welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at hoe right away. Our bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It was nice to have fresh filtered water for the room also.

For a 120 year old house, in the condition it is in , there was nothing not to like

Both breakfasts were good. I especially liked the cinnamon rolls on the second morning. Also, Julie fixed our breakfast an hour early on the day we left so I could make it to work on time.

More light on the stairs please and some florescent strips along the edge of the stairs.

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Granbury. The breakfast was awesome with an egg/sausage casserole, fresh fruit, roasted potatoes and baked from scratch cinnamon rolls! We couldn't have been happier with this place and will stay there again when we go back to Granbury Julie was very friendly and Len showed me how they make their cinnamon rolls.
