The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The rooms were clean and the beds so comfortable. Breakfast offerings were varied and fresh with a very clean area to eat and the preparation area was. Kept clean and well stocked. The manager was very kind and since I am handicapped took special measures to meet my needs. We were treated like VIP’s! I love LaQuinta hotels by Wyndham, but this was a cut above. The hot tub and pool were clean and great. Towel station fully stocked. I can’t say enough to fully express our gratitude for our wonderful three night stay! Fantastic place!!!

Breakfast was an A+ because my grandkids were hoping there was going to be waffles and you had 2 varieties. The location was awesome as well since our main sites to see were Dino World, Dinosaur Valley and Big Rocks Park.

The people who had the barking dog that was in the room next to our room should have been put in a more secluded room with no people in the next room. And the pool area was totally beyond its capacity and of the 2 nights I was there w my grandkids I only saw 3 children (2 of which were my grandkids) go to the restroom.

I like the breakfast options and selections.

The toilet in the initial room I was placed in kept running and kept me awake all night. I had to get up and shut off the main valve so that I could get some sleep. I did notify the front desk person, and she told me that their mechanic has gone for the day, but she will notify in the morning. As I was staying 3 nights, it was ok with me, but I really think they should have immediately moved me into a room with a working toilet, so the reaction time was unacceptable. I never did find out if the toilet was fixed as the next day I was moved to a different room. From then on everything was top notch. Thank you

The staff has been wonderful. We are here in Glen Rose because our son died. Our trip was originally planned as a family visit but a few days before our arrival, our son died in a car accident. The staff have been wonderful accommodating our early arrival and our extended stay. Coffee has been my savior every morning as I’m not sleeping much. They have great coffee and although I’m not eating, everything looks very nice.

I honestly can’t find anything negative to say.

The room was clean, the staff was working hard to keep everything going. Even though this is a very busy hotel, every staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful. Every La Quinta I have ever been to has always been that way. They do have the best operational policies regarding pets, last minute cancellations if you have an emergency in the middle of your trip, etc. I know because I have had to use them. They are always understanding.

They had a hard time keeping up with the coffee demand, and you know those little machines in the room are useless unless you are a fan of tinted water. Breakfast was fine, but so many people meant they ran out of eggs right away and I chose not to even try to get in line for a waffle. My tip would be to plan to eat elsewhere, otherwise it's a fine hotel.

We came here to view the solar eclipse, and found the price very reasonable (we booked half a year in advance). Our room was adequate size for the four of us and clean. Breakfast was satisfying, especially the make it yourself waffles. On the other hand, we would have appreciated more variety, like more cheeses. Also the fresh coffee corner was very nice.

We didn't find the use of disposable cutlery and dishes environmentally friendly.

First thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean everything looked and smelled. The entire staff was friendly… with the exception of the young man who worked the desk during the day, and although he wasn’t unfriendly he said only what was necessary and we were never sure if that was a language issue or a personality issue

Breakfast was good with a lot of options, room was clean, housekeeping staff was very nice, all employees would help whenever you had questions. Had a great stay, we were able to visit and tour Texas we stayed 12 days.

It appeared to be fairly new. Very clean. Great sized room and bed.

We were on the third floor and the AC in the hall didn’t seem to be cooling very well. It was in the upper nineties and 500% humidity outside, but there was a noticeable difference in the hallway temperature from the rest of the hotel.

It was all good. Impressed with the breakfast selections especially after traveling during Covid. I requested a bottom floor room and it was the perfect location. My husband cannot walk far at any one time so it suited his ability.

I thought the price per night for my dog was extremely high. It is the highest amount I have ever had to pay.
