Everything was great the decoration was beautiful, the room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff there were absolutely brilliant. I didn’t manage to get around to trying the breakfast as I would either sleep in or eat out somewhere else with friends but regardless the facilities and the stay alone was more than enough for the price I paid to stay! Plus the location was perfect!

I don’t really have anything bad to say about the place I’d recommend it to anyone I know who was wanting to travel to dallas and would rather stay in a smaller town and I’ll definitely be booking to stay again!

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, and the interior. It was really nice to get a small taste of what the locale might have looked like in the 1920s. The facility was really clean, and comfortable. It was eerily quiet, felt like we were the only guests at times. It was exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated. We didn't have breakfast, as we overslept, but the stay was absolutely lovely. Very peaceful and calm.

The only thing we didn't like was the parking. It's a bit wonky, a bit far from the hotel and in the dark there were no lights and trying to get on the road is awful. Lots of traffic. Still, that didn't affect our stay at all.

Beautiful facility, elegant. Staff were always courteous and friendly. Greeted every time we entered.

There were a few dead crickets in the stairwell that didn't get swept up all week. They could have varied the breakfast choices more, but what they had was good and fresh.

We had a hotel that was not clean and smelled so called Liberty, and they worked with us to get us moved over to their hotel. Not only was the staff extremely helpful they were very friendly. We walked in the doors and you could smell the cleanliness. The whole building including our room was spotless. The bed & pillows were comfortable. It was nice having an apartment size refrigerator. The location was wonderful as we could walk out the door and be at a wonderful restaurant and shops. I travel to the area multiple times a year and I won't be staying anywhere else.

The only thing I didn't like was not having a microwave in the room but they have one in the main area you can use.

I appreciate the history of the hotel. It is right in the center of town so it's easy to walk around, shop and dine. The hotel has a grand appearance.

The walls and/or the doors between adjoining rooms are thin.i had to sleep with the TV channel static (white noise) to block out my neighbor's music. Also the TV channels and remote seemed out of sync.

As one who enjoys road trips, history, architecture, and historic preservation, I developed a practice of staying in old historic hotels when travelling. This one is great.

Breakfast needs attention but overall good experience.

The breakfast - terrible and very disappointing! The coffee was awful. The waffle wasn't good. There were no eggs or breakfast meat!

The location was fantastic. It was in the heart of town and surrounded by antique shops. Perfect for walking to and from shopping and the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Some of the features could have used some updates.

Beautiful property and it was such a pleasant stay! Quiet, no nonsense going on.

The only issue we had was the key cards not working but they replaced them with no problem.
