New!!! Even the smell in the room had the new smell! The breakfast was outstanding! Usually I cannot eat the "fake" eggs, but these eggs were eatable. Everything was tasty and the lady who maintained the food kept everything picture perfect! Aside from the obligatory waffle makers, she provided eggs, tasty meats, potatoes, pastries, and good coffee!

The bathroom had a an odor, I think from the water. People hoarded the luggage carts by putting them in their room until they were ready to use. There were no carts available during the 45 minutes we ate breakfast. My suggestion would be to weld bars on the top of the carts that extend higher then the door opening preventing people from storing the carts in their rooms.

The young ladies at the front counter were friendly and helpful. Our room was located on the 4th floor, clean, and smaller in size than most of the rooms we've had before. They did have a hot breakfast, eggs and bacon one morning and frittatas and sausage the next, plus my husband's favorite Texas shaped waffles. It was in a good location, away from the local traffic.

Everything was good except for the mattress being very firm. We actually got up and left earlier than we planned because we couldn't rest.

The breakfast was good, and had quite a good selection of foods. The one item which was not available was the oatmeal which I always have in the morning. However, we did come just as the breakfast became available, so perhaps it just was not quite ready. The virtual check-in process was great, as well as the digital key. When we entered the room, the television greeted us with a message. The room was very spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

There isn’t really anything we did not like. The hotel in undergoing renovation, and yet it did not affect our comfort or stay. Great hotel!

Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient.

The pool was not available at the time of our stay, very disappointed about that.

The staff.

Breakfast was a little lacking, as were a couple other things, but the staff assured me those issues would be resolved, and I whole-heartedly believed them. They are sincere people and they took the time to listen to me.

Excellent staff. Shawna (at the desk) was key to making my stay as good as it could get. Facility was clean and very comfortable.

Nothing (shopping or restaurants) within walking distance. Access to Local TV could be better.

The staff was welcoming and friendly, the facilities were very neat and clean, the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, and the braggart had a nice variety and quality of food.

We were charged more than the booking.com price quoted. It wasn't much about $20 more and honestly my fault for not double checking it. Was in town for medical purposes and wasn't paying attention or concerned at the time. So my only recommendation is to be aware of checking the price ahead of time just so you're in the mindset it might not be right when actually checking in.

The desk staff was helpful and courteous. The entire hotel was clean. The parking lot was well lit.

My only regret is that I arrived late and had to leave early. Wish I had more time to relax.

loved the effort from the staff they were great! but unfortunately disliked the perfumed room spray distributed all night in the air conditioning unit. i didn’t realize it was coming from the unit until I layed down and woke up constantly to the smell. I’m highly sensitive to any chemical spray so sadly didn’t love this overnight :(
