Wasn't much I didn't like. But the staff there are fantastic. The rates of the room were a steal. I unfortunately was unable to ever make the complimentary breakfast ,so I can't speak on that. Was only able to enjoy the pool & jacuzzi once but the indoor pool tends to pull even locals in with kids year round. There are a few minor upkeeping things needing to be addressed. But will most definitely be staying with them again. I feel that "Usha and Andy at the front desk earned some (at a boys)!! Oh the is an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door. I hope this helps in your decision for whatever Hotel,Motel or Resort u are looking into staying at.

They need more insulation between the rooms. And no statement as to no housekeeping on Sundays. Ensuring all phones provided in rooms are in Woking order

The check in was hassle free. I had my 16 month old asleep finally and the front desk took care of us in what felt like just 2 min. We had a room and bed to lay him down before he knew what happened. For a parent on the road looking for just a moment of peace! Clean room,clean bathroom. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner so we didn't even have to unzip luggage for the search of our own. Hot shower and soft bed, my wife and I were asleep in no time. Breakfast on the way out and back to the road. So grateful for staff and their understanding. Thank you

Location is reasonable for the price. Rooms are spacious, though a bit "tired" and a bit "dark". Mattress was great AC was not that noisy and quite livable Great WiFi Breakfast was more than adequate, though not too healthy. Some cheese and some beef cold cuts would have been appreciated. The coffee machine was good, but not outstanding.

We liked the room and the pool area. The room appeared clean although we found some tajin under the edge of bed so not sure that was cleaned.

The bathroom is tiny and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The breakfast was just so so and didn’t get replenished while we were there. There were lots of people eating and not a lot of food. The walls seem quite thin. We heard a dog barking and whining the first night for quite a while and the second night out neighbors were having an argument and we heard it all.

The room looked recently renovated. It smelled nice. The lighting was good. And most of all, it was CLEAN! The front desk person was a hoot. I really enjoyed interacting with her.

The eggs tasted like perfume. I assume they were from a carton. I know eggs are expensive but maybe you could have a sign that says We serve Eggbeaters or something.

Clean. Beds were comfortable. The Jacuzzi had good jet pressure. Bedding was heavier than most hotels which was nice. AC was good. Will stay again. We got the Jacuzzi room was it was very large.

Heated pools are a must with 2 kids stuck in a car for 5 hours. It was a quiet location and the hot tub was wonderful. Will be visiting frequently!

No dead nolt on the door. By the time I noticed it was to late to change rooms. I travel with just my 2 boys and sister so makes me nervous especially in fort worth area.

I enjoyed an excellent continental breakfast and was greeted by a friendly host, especially Felipa, who fulfilled my request for a room when checking in.

The percolator coffee in the pot was lukewarm. did address it with host she wae willing to make another pot of coffee but told her just check it maybe it wasnt connected.

The staff were so wonderful. They worked with us on arrangements for a handicapped room when I accidentally left it off in the room needs. Also, Darren, front desk clerk, asked to pray with us during a difficult time.

Curtains needed cleaning. The rest of the room was clean.

Very comfortable accommodations. Soft beds and plenty of pillows. Nice bathtub, with a plug. Good refrigerator - kept things cold. Good selection of channels on television.

Air conditioner was broke - no heat ( but was given a space heater to compensate ).
