The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly — and quietly! I also appreciated that the mini-fridge kept everything cold, which isn’t always the case in some hotels. The overall layout of the room was nice, and I felt like I was able to relax. The bathroom was great — I really liked having full shower amenities rather than the tiny soaps. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall hotel was very nice. I also really appreciate that the hotel only requires a $20 deposit, instead of the $50–$100 that many other hotels charge. That’s such a thoughtful touch and makes a big difference for travelers.

The only thing I would complain about is how difficult it was to find the hotel. When you enter the address listed on Booking.com — or even the hotel’s own website — it takes you to a nearby donut shop instead. Trying to locate a hotel that sits off the road, in the dark, right after coming off the freeway when you don’t know the area, is not fun (lol). The front desk clerk seemed to think it was funny and not really an issue, but I don’t think frustration should be a guest’s first impression. It would be helpful if the hotel clarified the GPS directions or added better signage for guests arriving at night.

The Suite that we stayed in was clean, spacious, and the style was very modern. The breakfast was a nice variety of the basic 'motel breakfast' with a delicious addition of a fresh berry blend. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They are under construction but that in no way affected our stay... I would strongly recommend this as an excellent place to stay.

Booking.com quoted us a final price total ...there was a plus of $20. Also, I had tried to book our stay close to the event we were attending. It was supposed to be approximately a little over 2 miles away from the Hampton it was 11 miles. All this was bearable but I did feel mislead by booking .com.

Was visiting Fort Worth for a celebration and did not want to drive home to Cedar Hill late at night. Decided to stay overnight. The location was good, checked in after 6pm. Room was clean, although limited items for breakfast, it was good. Toast potatoes coffee juice and fruit. I will stay again if a reservation is needed.

Although breakfast was good, and I'm not a big breakfast eater, more breakfast selections would have been great.

Location was very close to the church I needed to attend that evening. Your Evening Clerk (a Black Lady) sorry didn't remember her name.. My my she Had a Smile!!!!! was Awesome... She really had me smiling and laughing.. So kind, polite, gentle, had listening ear**** Excellent Customer Service!!!! It shows she Love her Job; but most of All Customers...*** you really need people like HER ALWAYS*** She shines

Your clerk at front desk almost ruin my trip!!! rude, not polite, not dress professionally.. I have travel over 49 years, and Never had anyone deny me an early check in. I requested in advance, because I had back injury. She was so so rude, Christy was her name** She claimed NO ROOMS!! I have pictures of the parking lot on a Wednesday 10:30 A.M. only 10 cars in Lot.. Also a quite location, not like at 6 Flags or attraction location!! She claim the night before was booked, no rooms clean.. She was Lying, this location had 80 ROOMS.. And I called 800 and They WERE NOT full on the Tuesday before. So I want be BAck, Ever..

Location

It's been remodeled and missing some key features which we liked in the suite. The 2 mirrors were a key feature we liked...now only 1 mirror and a picture over 2nd sink. Towels no longer in the bathroom (convenient), now under sink outside of shower area. (Also, elevator still broken)

Unfortunately did not catch her name, the lady at the front desk Saturday afternoon on 1/25 was the best! She accommodated our request and was very helpful. We got a newly renovated room and it was a beautiful stay. The provided breakfast was also fantastic.

Size of the room was great. Staff was phenomenal, super friendly and welcoming. Overall great hotel to stay during your trip to Fort Worth. This will be the to go spot for our family for sure.

Nothing to dislike about the property, everything was amazing.

We loved our room. It was so big and nice and very clean!

There was construction in the lobby area and some doors were closed off due to this so we had to walk around the building to get to our room.

Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast it location is great

People across from us there kids were extremely loud all night. I did call the front twice and they fixed it pretty quick both times

The staff there was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and they had a very good breakfast choice

The only issue was the elevator was down, but the staff was nice enough to escort us up and down the elevator as needed
