We chose this hotel for proximity to my doctor’s office and I wasn’t expecting much, but I was extremely pleased with our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff were entirely pleasant and helpful. The facilities were clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The “snack room” had reasonable clearly displayed pricing. It’s very surprising that this hotel doesn’t have perfect ratings.

The shower heads are a bit hard to use to rinse long hair, but that’s a preference thing and easily something you can work around.

Staff were great, everything was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Dickies Arena.

Two very minor things- the tv was awkward being directly in front of one bed and required tilting it so the second bed could see it. I think it would have been better if it was hung on the wall that slants in front of the other bed, then it is naturally pointed where people on both beds can see. The eggs at breakfast were super dry, but I'm sure that's not the norm.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The location of this hotel was perfect as we were able to get to each of our events within a few minutes of driving.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel when the hotel price was already over $250. To add an additional $15 seemed unnecessary. There was a very small parking lot in the front of the hotel however it was always full.

I don't eat dairy so loved the breakfast bar with all the add in choices for oatmeal!! Usually I only have 2 options so this was a real treat. Also, I thought it was awesome to see staff that showed this hotel is an EOE employer!! Very cool and hats off to the check in team, yall rocked!!!

The room ac was a little fickle, but it didn't hinder the start from being enjoyable. Also, the shower doors are gorgeous, but would roll open and I felt bad for getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Great location! Beds are comfortable and & the hotel is very clean! Friendly staff as well. Perfect location if you’re visiting for a concert at Dickies Arena as it’s only 5 minutes from the venue (15-20 minute walk)

Would love to see more breakfast options. There was slim pickings most of the time (standard options like bagels & cream cheese, oatmeal, eggs, coffee & juices). would love to see more options like additional pastries & maybe waffles like most other hotels that offer breakfast.

The location was wonderful. The gentleman at check in was so sweet. He kept me company while my husband went and parked our car. He offered several suggestions to visit as we aren't local. Our bed was comfortable, and the facilities were very nice. The breakfast was also great. We'd definitely stay here again.

Would be nice to have more seating for breakfast - that would be the only complaint.

It was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked how the king-size bed and the sofa were separated by a desk in case you have someone else with you. The bathroom was clean, and some toiletries were included, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I liked that the shower and toilet were separate from the sink.

Everything was great. I just wish there had been more variety for breakfast. Either way, I did enjoy the eggs and the potatoes.

It was a great stay. My family was comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend trip to Fort Worth. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. Loved that we forgot an item and I received an email asking if I would like to retrieve the item. Overall, your hotel was a great choice for our family!

Nothing, it was all fantastic!

I LOVED the location, it was blocks from where I was to attend! The breakfast was GOOD and the staff was VERY friendly!

What I didn't like was that I asked the front desk to send someone to vacuum the entrance off my room because it had food on the floor and no body serviced it! I also didn't like the noise coming through the windows from the freeway! They need to look into better sound proofing!

The location is great for us. We stay at this hotel and take a Lyft to Dickie's.

We seem to get a room facing the highway every time we stay there. There isn't a lot to do in the immediate area. There is one restaurant across the street. Everything else is a car ride away. Also, the AC always seems to cut off at night.
