This hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. Great location, great covered parking, and it's very quiet. The rooms are very clean, the TV setup is perfect, and the kitchenette area is the best I've ever seen with a full-size refrigerator.

One thing that could be vastly improved is the breakfast. It's very limited and what is actually available, isn't great. Fresh breakfast options and more of them are needed, not just packaged items to be heated up. Just about every other hotel where we've stayed has a much better breakfast option that Home2Suites.

The location is great--close to cultural venues, as well as downtown, restaurants and the medical centers/hospitals. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. Bathrooms are large and well appointed. Another plus is the covered parking area. The room rates are good on average, but if there are big events going on in Fort Worth, then the rates can be pricey.

The breakfast could be better. There are grab-and-go items, and breakfast sandwiches that can be heated up (not that good). Also, I believer there are waffle and oatmeal options. Other hotels offer eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, etc. This hotel could meet that level and be really great! This is the only improvement that I see.

The location of this hotel is great in terms of access to the Cultural center, museums, Health Campus, and the Trinity trails on the river. Staff were kind and helpful, room was comfortable, pool was handy in the heat. The breakfast is what would be expected from this type of hotel, not my taste but convenient to have on a busy day.

Breakfast was fair and always fresh. Coffee and tea available all day/night Location was excellent for my needs. Room spacious, with good kitchenette neatly put in. Super helpful and friendly staff. I did not have a car but friends I know had a car and no problem with parking in the parking lot. To be able to wash your clothes is a bonus too. A big bonus the excellent air-conditioning

Very clean facilities, easy access to rooms and elevators on both sides. A lot of parking. Great location, botanical garden, zoo, stock yards are all within a very short distance.

There were only two things I could say I didn’t like but they weren’t a big deal. One was the football field across the road was very loud, especially the band, it went on fairly late. The second was the parking area after a big storm came through was flooded, the water didn’t have anywhere to go. It was still there after two days.

Sarah, at the front desk was a delight to meet. She was courteous, kind and professional. She cheerfully checked us in, had several good suggestions for lunch and dinner options, and friendly conversations each time we passed by the front desk. The room was clean, comfortable, and walking distance to Dickies Arena, the main reason we chose to stay here.

I like how close it was to the Dickies Arena, I liked how you could get on the elevator through the back part of the hotel it felt private and not odd having to pass through the front desk the hotel does include breakfast we definitely enjoyed our stay!

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the parking area if you’re not familiar with the area!

I loved the look of the place, both the lobby which was fun and colorful but also clean, organized, easy to understand & comfortable, friendly, convenient. I love the case of things you might want readily available to buy or charge to the room. The breakfast was really nice with things you'd want to eat and a large variety of beverages. I was impressed by the finishes in the room-- that bathroom & the pressure in the shower was exquisite. The bed was (somehow, magically) perfect-- I often wake up with a backache when I sleep in a hotel bed-- it was so soft I was sure it would be a problem (like oh yeah it's comfortable now, but...) but it was great. GREAT

This hotel offers comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms with some limited kitchen facilities: there is a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes and cutlery. The staff was pleasant, and it was nice to be able to have breakfast there before heading out for the day. There are some restaurants very close by, but many more a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

This was 3 minutes from Dickie's Arena for a concert. Very clean public rooms and hotel room. Location in the cultural district was good because restaurants where within walking distance. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff member servicing the area even brought me juice when I mentioned it was out.
