The staff at the reception were fantastic and very helpful! I would like to mention the black guy (can't remember his name) but mostly on the morning shift and a lady called Daniella if I am correct, were very helpful sorting out all my needs from chargers, adaptors, in fact the lady helped schedule a last minute appointment with a barber to have my hair cut just hours before my flight. The venue is just 3 - 5 minutes to the Arena, so it is very nice location. You can always order food on Uber eat - I was even able to order African food- Egusi and Fufu. My room was well lighted and was overall great. The internet was nice. The atmosphere and vibes of the lobby/reception was cool with a nice playlist. I recommend for a new experience in hospitality.

I loved the thoughtful design of the room and all of the common spaces (lobby, bar). The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. Comfortable bed and great shower! The parking is also very easily accessible and free. Excellent central location!

Only two complaints: there was loud music playing until almost midnight on one night during my stay. The only other issue was that I asked to have the room cleaned and it never was.

It was safe, clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful.

There was no closet and only 2 hooks in the room. No chest to put clothes in or on. More hooks to hang clothes would be nice. Also a suitcase stand would be helpful. Need a toilet seat cover. No coffee or hot tea in the room. Have to get dressed and leave the room to get coffee and beverages. Curtains need to cover the windows so that outside bright lights and sun are dimmed

This was an amazing local find to book! It was close to Dickies Arena and had a unique, chic vibe to it. The beds were actually comfortable compared to name brand hotels and the bathroom was so nice! It had great water pressure, with full sized toiletries.

There are only a couple things that could be improved upon in my opinion; •Add a foldable luggage stand for easy suitcase access •Add a more comfortable sitting chair to make it easier to relax in your room Other than that, it was a great stay!

Our stay was great! Location to Dickies Arena was ideal, good parking, very nice room with an awesome shower, good bed, loved the outdoor seating area looking across to the Dickies complex (2nd floor right outside our room). Very friendly staff. Nice open bar & seating in lobby, with nice fire pit and seating outside.

There is limited space to hang clothes, no coffee pot in our room & lobby wasn't open at 6:30 AM to get a cup before we left.

Central location to various things to do, its has a very contemporary feel and vibe. The staff was friendly and I liked the contemporary look, the highlight for my wife was the shower.

No drawers or closet to put up clothes, the fridge did not work well, minimal lighting, no iron for clothes and the rooms are very small. It way really good just small details that would of helped especially when traveling with wife and kids, its more a single couple or just solo kind of place

location was perfect to walk over to Dickies Arena for a concert. No traffic to deal with. Rooms are very small but super efficient and laid out very well. Large shower with great water flow and pressure. I liked the layout of the property so you feel more private and separated from other rooms. The bed was amazingly comfortable compared to any other hotels I have been too, and I’ve been to a lot. The guy at the front counter was super friendly and made you feel like you were staying at a friends house. He remembered my first name when I walked back in after meeting him briefly that morning and my wife thought he was a friend of mine by the way he interacted. The price is a bit high but for the awesome location to the concert venue, a great little cafe in walking distance, and super staff, I have no regrets. Parking is on site and great aswell. I highly recommend the Dryce to anyone.

This place was really special! It is independently and locally owned so there's a lot of pride on the part of the staff. We were welcomed with complimentary sparkling wine and good conversation with the bartender. The room was well designed - a combination of retro and creature comforts. We used Lyft to get to Magnolia Street where there were lots of bars and restaurants. Free parking this close to downtown was a nice extra.

The area around the hotel is a bit isolated but that will likely change as the neighborhood develops.

LOVED this stay -- chic minimalist yet comfortable room at exceptional price -- and the bar is tops - very sophisticated (delicious!) cocktail program! Loved the design elements of the lobby, bar and patio areas, and the location is perfect. My room was small but well appointed - everything a solo traveler needs for a night or two. Would definitely stay again on future visits.

If you get in late and wish to eat at hotel, your options are limited to a guest 'food truck' or set up with only a few selections: there is no kitchen or at least it's not in operation at the time of my visit. I loved the vegan pop-up that was serving during my visit, but again, options were very limited.

The hotel was cool renovated boutique hotel near TCU, Dickey Arena, and the Cultural District. Location was perfect for our visit. The complimentary drink at check-in was a nice touch. The lobby and foyer areas were nicely appointed. The overall vibe was welcoming and chill.
